Actually it’s a pretty good wall convection unit for the price the upper convection makes it really convenient and the microwave combo makes it speedy also this one was to replace a light unit that the microwave had gone out of if I had a complaint it would be the price to replace the magnetron in the old one other than that great unit.

Excellent product, Easy installation, Easy operation, Easy clean , Looks extremely modern and attractive. Stainless steel is smudge resistant. We are Extremely Pleased with product, price, and buying process from Bestbuy.

To be honest, the oven is an oven. It looks good, cooks good, can't ask for anything more. But the microwave is next wave stuff. The steamer basket is fantastic, the crisper tray works wonders, it is all so intuitive and works so well. Easy 5 stars!

This KitchenAid Electric Convection oven replaced our 17 year old Whirlpool oven. This oven has so many different options to use for cooking you really have to read over the manual. It's simple to use and it looks awesome. Just clean and modern. The blue inside adds a little pizzazz to the oven. They give you multiple accessories for the oven and it cooks quick and is efficient.

Purchased this shortly before I put my house up for sale. I wish I could have brought it with me because it is the most excellent oven/convect oven/micro I have ever had. Love that you can switch the top from microwave to convection oven in seconds. Very quite cooking, and practically any heat is felt around the door when the oven is in use because it is so well insulated.

Loving it so far! Years ago when I purchased my last built in unit, I was wishing to find a "microwave"/"convection" upper, and regular oven/with convection option lower, unfortunately they weren't made then. So you can imagine my surprise when it faulted and I came across this beauty. Now I can have the speed of convection on top, but also still have a microwave, and it's a Kitchen Aid! I love that I can be baking in the oven, and my kitchen does not heat up, this unit really self contains the heat. It baked a lovely Thanksgiving Turkey! There are only two negatives I can think of. 1. My husband think the microwave is a little shorter in height than our old one. 2. The touch pad is extremely sensitive. ...but is that really a negative?

Bought this unit to replace an old GE unit that was not performing very well. This combo is very easy to use, is much, much quieter than the old GE unit and is extremely attractive.

oven works great and easy to operate but when you want to use oven and microwave at the same time it becomes a bit tricky because you have to use a different procedure to do the task which is confusing for us

We have only used the oven once for baking but noticed the cakes came out better than ever! Crusty and yet moist inside. The Upper Over we have used almost daily. What a changed from our old unit. Very easy to use in microwave mode or convection mode. Food is cook perfect.

The good, I love the look and design of this oven microwave combo. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and has great functionality. The bad. The oven temperature is way off. I’ve bought numerous interior thermometers to try and get a sense but it’s a significant down side especially when baking.

It is a great item. I love that it’s very quiet, user friendly, stylish and the microwave and oven combo save so much spare from any kitchen. I’m really happy with the purchase as of now, I’ve only had it a few months.

Both the microwave and conventional oven (both with convection capabilities) are easy to use and easy to clean. The unit is solidly built. It takes a while to heat up, but this delay has not been a problem in our cooking so far - just turn it on sooner. The oven heat seems to be very uniform and the glide out shelf is especially nice.

Product was delivered on time as promised. Very satisfied with product. Replaced exact same model after 13 years. Only complaint about new product is the microwave fan remains on even after the cooking is finished, until the door is opened. Therefore often you don't realize the cooking is finished without looking at the timer. But easy to get used to. Otherwise has convection cooking for both ovens. And can use the microwave as a standard oven as well. We were able to get a matched sale price with additional points from Best Buy credit card. Very satisfied for the price.

The Kitchen - Aid combo oven microwave has been a great addition. The best part is that the "microwave" can also be used as a small oven that works really nicely. Bottom oven can be used traditionally or as convection which we are still getting used to.

Bought to replace a fifteen-year-old KitchenAid combination microwave and oven of the same size, this model exceeds its predecessor in ease of operation, usefulness of features, brightness of the display panel, and appealing design. The microwave comes with accessories that make it more versatile than simply heating frozen or leftover foods. The full-extension, easy glide rack in the oven reduces the chances of burns or spills. The heat is even, although the actual temperature seems to be a bit lower than the temperature set. Even though it fits in the same space, the new oven seems to be a bit deeper; cookie sheets fit in the oven more easily. Overall, it looks good and works well.

Great product (see a full review on the purchase elsewhere). My one criticism about this model is that when the oven is in use, it's a little difficult to use the microwave. Best solution is to put the item in the mic', and then just hit start for the microwave to set the time. You can't easily set a custom time (e.g. 22 seconds) while the oven is running. I'm sure there's a way but not sure. This is a design issue with Kitchenaid as the 2013 model we replaced had the exact same issue (replaced the old one due to cracked glass from the previous owners of the house that were rough on most everything). It's very quiet and a great upgrade from the older model we replaced.

The product is very sleek and fit perfectly in my kitchen. Affordable and easy to use as the touch controls are too good!

Decided to remodel the kitchen a little and ended up purchasing new appliances (Kitchen-Aid dishwasher, convection microwave / oven combo and 36” gas cooktop). I had previously purchased a complete set of Jenn-Air appliances from Best Buy 10 years ago, and thought it was time to change. I love these 3 appliances far better than the last set of appliances. All 3 of them have worked flawlessly! Looking forward to replacing the refrigerator next on the list - with a Kitchen-Aid of course!
