This is a great purchase. Looks amazing and works great. But you will still need a toaster.

So Good! This oven is so easy to use and it is rock solid

Love the microwave oven especially since microwave is also a convection oven. Two things I don’t like are the lights on the panel are white and it takes 20 minutes for the main oven to preheat to cooking temperature. Our sales person even automatically gave us an additional discount of $220 when the price dropped less then a week after our purchase. Great sales experience!

We have been using the same combo Kitchen Aid product since 2005 never had an issue. Control panel to turn on the microwave quit working, we are replacing the same combo product with improved new model.

This microwave and oven combination appliance replaced our old one when parts were no longer available to fix it. This new Kitchenaid is the newest model of our old one. It fit into the existing cabinet perfectly. And it works great. The service by Travis, the manager at Best Buy at Cascade Station in Portland, was definitely 5 star. And the price was the best around by far.

Love the microwave crisper- Conduction features in oven and high quality. Easy to clean. Cools from vents in front.

Having used the ovens for a couple weeks now we find them easy to use and much better technology to the Kitchen Aid ovens we replaced (after 30 years). Once learned, the controls become intuitive. Convection cooking with the probe delivers juicy yet browned roasts. I would recommend this oven set to anyone.

What a great, well designed combo. It's fast, sharp looking and is tremendous quality. Would recommend.

I've used this oven for a few days and am not in love with it, but I may need some time to adjust. My major complaint is the microwave is very noisy. The fan is awfully loud. It also doesn't seem to be powerful. If the suggested cooking time is 20-30 seconds, I have to do 40 seconds. Also, it automatically reduces the temperature that you set it at to adjust for convection cooking. I've found it doesn't adjust well. If I set the convection for 400, I want it to cook at 400, not decide for me that it will cook at 375...since it's wrong. The oven is super quiet, but I've notice food doesn't brown like it did In my last oven. I cooked chicken that was done but the chicken looked boiled after I baked it. Then I made a casserole, and again nothing was browned when it was done.

Product has a great design and look. Controls operate great. Install was easy.

nice appliance 1000 times better than my old Electrolux (don't eve buy Electrolux). Kitchen Aid oven is quite and bakes nicely even Microwave it can do popcorn also very quiet GREAT APPLIANCES

Love this combo oven and microwave unit. Both the oven and microwave have a convection baking option. I love that the microwave is essentially another oven. Best Buy and their installers were easy to work with.

Fantastic oven, the individual buttons are much better then the touchscreen. When your cooking the ease of adjusting everything with dedicated buttons is important, had the touchscreen version and swapped to this one.

This is a beautiful looking unit. Having the microwave built in is a nice feature as well

There are so many great features about this combination. I finally have used everything including the crisp function in the microwave and I love it. The only thing I'm having trouble with, is reaching the back wall of the microwave for cleaning.
