I ordered 2 of these on black Friday for 1/2 price with free shipping. Can't get any better. For their size they have DEEP bass and sound great and not muddy. Klipsch says to tell the neighbors "Hi" ad with 2 of these I can definitely do that. LOL

I got a second one for the sake of symmetry (and to have something to plug into my sub 2 connection) but my living room is relatively small so now instead of one with the gain halfway, I’ve got 2 with the gain at about 1/3. Definitely a problem I like having. Oh and the gain goes up to 11, nice touch.

I wasn't sure what to expect for performance when I purchased this sub-woofer, after all it is only a 10" driver, but it's from a name recognized in the speaker industry as building outstanding speakers. I was not disappointed. This sub-woofer can push out enough bass to drive you out of the room without any distortion. I have this running with a pair of R-26F's, an R-25C, a pair of R-14M's and a pair of Jensen bookshelf speakers for a 7.2 surround sound setup. WOW...absolutely amazing sound from the whole setup. I highly recommend the Klipsch speaker brand.

I've owned many subs. In fact, this sub replaced my 10" Klipsch SW-450. I have to say, this sub does not disappoint! It sounds extremely deep for its size & wattage. It rumbles deep, doesn't have any hardware rattles or vibrations, but most importantly, it really compliments my other Klipsch Reference speakers. It also looks fantastic!

I was torn between the 12" and this 10", but at this price, I could get two 10"s if I wanted to. I have just one so far, and I am quite satisfied.

I needed to replace our 10" powered sub that stopped working. After doing a lot of research I found for the price point that the Klipsch Reference R-10SW subwoofer was a really good deal. I was debating between the Klipsch R-10SW or maybe going to their 12" sub. The day I went to purchase the sub they (R-10SW) happen to be on sale for half price, so I got two of them. I'm love how low and responsive these 10's sound. In the pics you might see where I added a piece of black felt material on the top of each the sub boxes to prevent any reflection from movie screen glaring on the tops.

This Klipsch Sub is awesome for a ten inch. I have Klipsch Chorus for my mains and they are 15 inch three way. I am amazed how the 300w ten inch compliments their big brothers.. Love it!!

Had been looking at replacing my entertainment center sub recently. Got a "5.1 system in a box" several years ago and have slowly replaced each component one at a time. New receiver. New front L/R channels. New center channel. Moved old front L/R to the rear surround positions. Now the old sub had always worked fine. Hit the lows, slightly rumbled the couch, did the job but nothing special. Doing some Christmas shopping on black Friday with other things in mind and BOOM...here this thing is half priced from regular. So of course did some research, read maybe 30-40 reviews, visited multiple sites to check price. Couldn't have gotten the thing cheaper anywhere and never saw anything under a 4 out of 5 review(rare) so I pulled the trigger. Kept the old sub for comparison and in case I received a faulty unit. Turned on the old YouTube, searched for "bass test" and let her rip. Old sub performed as expected; turned way up it rumbled and slightly vibrated the couch. Awesome. Then I plugged the new Klipsch in. Thought to myself "considering all the other great reviews, maybe we'll start at half speed." Turn dial to 4 (of 11) and restarted the test video. OMFG, does this thing BUMP!!!!!!! Deep, beautiful, rattling bass that blew the old sub out of the water...at LESS THAN HALF POWER!!! Whole couch rumbled, coasters floated, walls trembled, glass shattered, pets ran, ears started bleeding....no, only joking, but you get the point. This thing is awesome. Had I known what I was missing I would have replaced the old sub a while ago and would have bought this at full price if I'd heard a demo in a store!!! What I'm trying to say is the thing is amazing, don't be afraid of spending some of your hard earned $$ bc you will NOT regret this purchase. Movies take on a whole new life. Video games make you FEEL the action. Music rocks and...it's still only on 4. Maybe when I get some courage and money to fix the drywall I'll turn the dial up some more.

Klipsch makes excellent products. I have Klipsch speakers all around for 5.2 surround. I use a 12in Klipsch R-12SW in front with right, left, and center Reference speakers, and a 10in R-10SW in the back with my towers. Amazing sound quality that is sonically musical as opposed to thud thud, boom boom. I have this system connected to an Onkyo TX-NR 636 Receiver, and my screen is a Samsung UN65 HU8700 4K UHD 3D TV. My living room is now amazing!!!!!!! The clarity for music and movies is outstanding. The bass comes on and can rattle the whole house. Now I need Klipsch to make Atmos speakers.

I decided to upgrade my current Polk Audio system because it seemed like my 12” sub was losing its punch after having the system for roughy five years. I decided to go with these copper woven Klipsch speakers after reading all the great reviews on the net and I’m glad I did. These speakers sound awesome and they look great to boot. I spent roughly $1300 on a 5.1 system which isn’t chump change but I knew I wanted good stuff so I had to pay for it. The floor standing speakers sound so nice that they even provide a very good amount of bass on their own. Couple them to the 10” sub and things start really shaking in my house. The center channel has me hearing voices in certain movies that I never heard with my previous Polk Audio system. All in all this is one sweet system that I know I will enjoy for several years.

I was debating whether or not to go with the 12" or the 10". i chose the 10" for my living room (18'x16) and the sound is great. The bass is turned down and it fills the room. Great addition for any theater room or home theater system.

For the past few weeks, I've been looking to upgrade the sound system in my man-cave after getting my wife her Sony x900f TV and Z9F soundbar with rears. They sound amazing. In my room, I had a Yamaha YAS-207 soundbar that is less than a year old. I wanted something else that we could build a small theater room with later. I went to a local Best Buy and came across an open-box Onkyo TX -NR676 for $260. When I saw it, my prayers were answered. I bought the receiver and thought about what speaker will I add to it. I went back and forth with Sony and Klipsch. I knew the sound I got from the Sony speakers at home but I have always been interested in Klipsch. I sat and listened to both and read numerous reviews - customers and experts. I eventually settled for the Klipsch. The sale price helped the decision. At 50% off, they were cheaper than the Sony speakers. I bought the two R-26F towers and this 10" sub. I also did the banana plugs - not a fan of bare wires. Once I got everything together and calibrated the speakers, I was blown away! The sound was amazing! I streamed a couple movies and I enjoyed it so much. I streamed some music (70's soul music) from Pandora and was extremely happy. I played a few games of Madden and I have no complaints. I did have to turned down the sub because my daughters bedroom is on the other side wall from where I sit. She is going to kill me in my sleep if I kept it where it was. I later bought the center channel from Amazon because it was way cheaper. In the near future, I will be buying the bookshelfs and Atmos speakers. I don't have the full effect of what my wife has yet and I think that will put me there. I had been looking a Klipsch for awhile but I could not justify the cost. At 50% off, I could not pass it up.

I have this products big brother in the 12 inch. It is fantastic but I have a large room. I wanted to add another woofer to the corner. I wanted to see how this sounded alone compared to the 12inch. I was amazed how close they were in bass produced. Not quite as deep and rattling as the 12 but it was close. This would make a great addition to anyone setup. If it's a large room get the 12inch but if a small-medium sized room you would be fine with just this sub. Great product and I got it for 149.99 on black Friday. Can't beat that price.

Bought this sub to go with klipsch quintet speakers, but I am sure it would compliment any speakers. In my opinion a powered sub is an absolute must have to complete a home theater set up. Good bass is something that I find most lacking with any set up or TV. Movies and dramas are so much better with good sound and this sub is the central part of that. I may have to buy a second one when best buy puts it on sale again!
