The screen is a little longer then my old computer and I really like that I can close screen, etc with a touch on the screen. That is so cool!! The Best Buy team member was very helpful with his knowledge of the different types of computers and pointing me to the one that would assist me with my needs for my computer!! A+ with the gentleman’s assistance and the computer is meeting all my computer needs!!

Excellent laptop. My favorite feature is the touchscreen. Very satisfied with my purchase. I think the laptop is more advanced than I am, lol. Battery charges quick, and last longer. Overall it exceeded my expectations and needs. I would recommend, and will purchase again if needed. Also, after telling the sells rep what I needed and my budget. He highly recommended this laptop.

Bought the Lenovo for my 75 Year old mother with build quality confidence and features. The AMD Ryzen 5 more than enough for her needs. Good battery daily use life. I personally have used a Lenovo chromebook for 3 years of everyday BullS$#@ and have never experienced build quality issues.

This Lenovo Ideapad suits my needs nicely. So far it has performed all the tasks I have required of it admirably and seems to be of excellent quality. The keys on the keyboard are well spaced and respond quickly without much pressure. The touchpad is responsive and reasonably precise. The touchscreen is a convenient feature and seems more sensitive than the touchscreens on other laptops I have owned. The battery life is a little short compared to other laptops I have used but it does recharge quickly. Windows 11 has some unique idiosyncrasies that make the operating system a bit frustrating to work with at times (It had to update itself for four hours before it would boot the first time and it assumed it was being hacked after I checked some settings in the BIOS). This laptop is a good model and does its job well for me, I am pleased with its aesthetic and performance.

This is a very nice computer: It has a large touch screen, is user friendly and hinges flat for seated browsing. Graphics and sound are good and well priced for everything and shipping was fast!

Great basic laptop for the money. I bought two. One for my mom and another for my MIL. It does everything they need it to do. They’re able to stream movies, check email, and surf the web with no problem. The battery charges quickly and lasts for longer than I thought it would. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone who doesn’t need anything too serious.

Really enjoy my Lenovo IdeaPad Laptop so far! Easy to use and love the large screen and display. The salesman was very helpful in choosing which laptop suited my needs. Purchased this laptop for my younger brother who is in college and he loves it. The AI has been very helpful and also the touch screen is a nice touch. Specs are good for the price point. He uses it for some music editing and photo editing as well and the provided CPU and GPU have no issues keeping up. Overall great value for the price. Great build quality.

A few days ago I bought two of these devices. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much because of the low price. But I'm surprised by how smoothly they perform and the beautiful colors the screen displays, plus it's touch-sensitive. It was definitely a great purchase.

Haven’t had a problem with it. Just a work computer for me works great the battery last almost all day if you constantly have it open. If you’re looking for a cheaper computer just for work or something this one is it. I also play some games on it plus work and it hasn’t slowed down on me.

My granddaughter told me to check out the Lenovo. Three IT friends also said I would be happy with the Lenovo brand. I like that it is lightweight, and has a non-slip bottom. The screen is a perfect size for me and the keyboard is very comfortable. I have recommended this brand to a few friends.

I'm really impressed with the sleek and modern design of this Lenovo IdeaPad 1. The Abyss Blue color gives it a sophisticated, premium look that stands out from typical budget laptops, with clean lines and a minimalist profile that looks much more expensive than its price point suggests. The 15.6" Full HD touchscreen has nice thin bezels that add to the contemporary appearance, and the build quality feels solid with a beautiful blue finish that catches the light perfectly. Combined with the capable AMD Ryzen 5 7520U processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD that handle everyday tasks smoothly, this laptop delivers both attractive design and reliable performance - it's the kind of device you'd be proud to use anywhere, as it definitely doesn't look like a budget laptop despite its affordable price range.

This is a solid laptop for the price. Screen looks nice, has plenty of USB ports and a card reader. I keep it plugged in most of the time, so I like the fact the included Lenovo Vantage software let's you configure a setting that is good for long-term health of the battery (only charges it to 80 percent while plugged in) lessening wear on the battery. One thing to note about this laptop is that by default it is configured to use up 2GB of the 8GB memory for shared VRAM. This means you computer will only have 5.7GB of usable memory which is pretty low. But there is a way to increase this. If you are not playing games or doing video editing, you do not need 2GB of VRAM and are wasting the computer's memory. Therefore, the first thing I did was when booting the laptop, quickly press F2, which brings you into the BIOS settings. Select the "UMA frame buffer" setting and change this from 2GB down to 512MB. I now have 7.2GB of usable system memory instead of only 5.7GB which makes the laptop perform much better at non-gaming day-to-day tasks which is what this budget laptop is meant for.

I bought this as a laptop to replace a super slow (cheap $100 Black Friday) laptop that I keep in the workshop for printing that I finally got frustrated enough with. This laptop is a great replacement, much better than I thought it would be. It boots up quickly, runs the printing software perfectly, handles Photoshop just fine for what I need, and totally exceeded my expectations. So much so, that I considered replacing the laptop that I use for everything else with it. It's probably not a great gaming laptop, but, for someone who doesn't need the latest and greatest processor/RAM and just need a laptop for browsing, printing, some photo editing, maybe some basic audio editing, this should do the trick. Definitely recommended for the average user.

It is a very good system. The screen is clear and easy to manipulate. Also very clear screen. I don’t use it very much, but it works great for me. The keyboard is very useable. The speed is sufficient for what I need in a computer. I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be returning for service when I need something else.

Seeing a few weeks later I actually didnt need a new computer, this one still made me want to keep it and use it for editing videos. I now how two computers (the one was supposed to replace the other) but enjoy that fact as I take the one to travel and the other to work specifically at home.
