Bought this laptop to have another computer in the house. So far we are loving the SSD. Most of the documents we save are online now so I don’t think we will run out of storage room. The computer is faster than our other computer and it is lightweight. Battery life has been great so far, but that should be the case with any new computer. My father in law is looking for another computer and I would definitely recommend it for him.

I have been looking to get a new Laptop as my 4 year old Dell I got on Black Friday was slow and HEAVY. Found this Lenovo laptop on sale this week and decided to buy it. I had it shipped and it came to my house in less than 24 hours. Was surprised it was supposed to take days. The laptop is fast, especially compared to my old one and it seems solid. It does have a plastic case, but that is expected at this price point. So far, very pleased with my purchase. Have kept in S mode for now, but may end up removing if I find I need to install something outside of the Microsoft Store. For 299, it was fantastic deal.

After reading numerous reviews for 2 weeks about laptops and needing to upgrade from a slow, non-solid state machine, we settled on this IdeaPad 3. After a week of use, there are zero complaints but rave sentiments about it, especially because for the price and the tech prowess provided, it seems an exceptional, high-quality value. It's super fast with a clean design, plenty of hard drive space and terrific graphics. Highly recommended.

Works great. I do not care for Windows, I installed Linux Mint 20 on the Laptop and it works like a charm. My only issue is that the touchpad no longer works. For me, that is of little consequence, since I do not use a touchpad. The laptop is fast and sturdy. The computer with the large Ram and SSD was well worth the price. Thank you Lenovo.

This was a nice value when it was on the Black Friday Sale. For the price it has some nice spec's. It has a 1080P screen, 256GB SSD storage, decent amount of memory (8GB) & speed with core i3 processor. And it's very lightweight, since it has an all plastic case. Features that it lacks are a touch screen and backlit keyboard. Although it's not a high powered gaming laptop. It's quite fast for everyday surfing and storing documents, pictures, etc.

The performance is acceptable, the screen quality is good, light weight and affordable regard the price.

Fantastic value in the black Friday sales event. This is a solid laptop. The Windows 10S was too limiting for my app needs, so I converted it; the conversion was super easy. Screen is good size. Keyboard has nice tactile feel. It took me a while to realize that the mouse pad reacts best to a light single-tap rather than pressing for a full click (which seems to create a right-click result).

I bought this for my aunt who is 93 yrs. old. She only does email and internet. This laptop is perfect for her and she is so delighted with the speed. Her old one was almost 10 yrs old and very slow. I was very impressed with this laptop that I recommended it to my sister who also bought one. I set both of them up and I think it is a very good machine for the price of $300.

Wow, what a computer. Bought this for my mother in law and regret not picking up one for me. Beautiful color, display is sharp, and runs smoothly. Can't find much close to it now for the price I paid. Always heard great things about Lenovo computers and was happy it lived up to it's name. Perfect computer for daily use, teleworking.

After a year, still happy with this PC. It is faster than I expected & fairly lightweight. The battery is not as strong as last 3 PC's but still have no regrets . (The only issue was with Lenovo's Customer Service. After getting their auto-reply, they never actually answered my request. I never had this problem with HP. )

L agree with a previous reviewer. This is a great computer at its current price. At the sale price that Best Buy offered, its one of the best deals around, period! I regret not buying more at the sale price. Furthermore, I like the Microsoft Widows 10-S operating system, which works to restrict the kids from adding junk and unnecessary programs. I miss a few outputs-like an ethernet port-but I can add them with accessories. The computer runs virtually silent, and is easy to transfer around the house or office. The combo of the Intel new 10th generation I3 processor, and the 256 GB SSD disc drive, make this the fastest computer I have seen, for anything up to $900-$1 000. I wish it had backlit keyboard, and touchscreen, but I can live without those at this price. I highly recommend giving this version a look.

I bought this as a travel laptop. When I travel I do not like to pack my main laptop as I am always afraid of loosing it or damage. I wanted speed as well as light weight. This is a good balance of both. If it had a bit more storage it would be perfect. It is light, fast, and has an excellent display.

I bought this laptop because my old one stopped working, and I needed something reliable to replace it quickly. I have to say I love this laptop. It's a quick little workhorse that easily keeps up with all of my work related projects with no problems. The price was great, and the Best Buy sales staff and Geek Squad were a joy to work with.

We bought laptop this to Skype church bible classes because we needed a laptop that could work with the 5ghz WiFi band. This laptop fits the bill for the price. The camera resolution could be better. But it has a nice keyboard and is fast. The 8gb is a plus. Everything has worked well so far. No more buffering and audio cutting in and out.

I love my new Lenova laptop, the sales person was trying to persuade me to buy more than I needed. I saw the one I bought advertised and stuck with that one and couldn’t be more pleased. Delivery was sooner than I expected even. Love the weight, the look, the price $499, the screen size, just loved everything about the laptop.

Bought this laptop when it was on sale for 300. The laptop works good and loads stuff up fast it can even run Fortnite and Rocket Leauge although the speakers are sorta mediocre. It be best to just wait until the price goes down to 300 again

I bought the Lenovo IdeaPad for my wife. She had been struggling with an old laptop that kept tuning out on her, and she was ready for a replacement. The new Lenovo dances circles around her old laptop, and she's able to do the things she wants with it in a fraction of the time. She joins me in recommending the Lenovo IdeaPad!

Wanted a laptop that was able to run like a gaming computer without having to pay for a gaming computer. This one is amazing! Super fast, and immediate response whenever I want it to do anything. Would definitely recommend!
