If you invest a little bit more, you can upgrade with a m.2 ssd, a Sata SSD and a 16gb ram. It’s super fast after the upgrades and it is ready for my online classes.

Please keep in mind, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.

I have had a problem adding short cuts to the home screen, the keyboard is sensitive and I am not sure about this Window 10. Just Ok for now.

Some time it has the tendency of frozen, many times I had to restart before I can continue with what I was doing.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
