I figured it would be okay until I upgraded him for college. I was so wrong! This pad is slow, has limited storage, and not ideal for students who have online classes and take proctored exams. I would recommend spending a little more and getting something that is more functional.

This one is slated for college bound daughter number three. I like lenovo's remote support, durability and reliability. Would definitely recommend this brand over HP and similar Dell products.

Slow, but ok for the price

I had to buy it because the geek squad has not done what they said they did on my other laptop. That was $400 thrown up a wild hog's butt in the last year and a half. Don't waste your money on geek squad unless you are just looking for somebody to keep your stuff clean, cause they sure as heck won't keep it running. Also the sales girl was about as rude as I have ever seen in our Best Buy. I'm done with them.
