I need a slimline laptop to perform simple daily tasks and this laptop delivers! I has just enough memory and storage to accommodate my needs. the keys are light and quick. the monitor is easy to see with no glare.

She has been loading all the stuff on it. So far so good! It looks like a very nice computer with quite a bit of memory for the price we payed for it. It has a nice size screen 15.6 " with a good picture.The computer is light weight at about 4 lbs and a slim case.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. For 2018, Lenovo retained its place for a second year as the best laptop vendor:

The computer would start up and it would take an extremely long time to load or connect to internet. However once it was going it was fine.
