It took her a bit to transition to Windows 10 from Windows 7 but it's otherwise been seamless for her. She finds it easier to use and it's also lighter than her older laptop.

I use their products from the past 8 years and got this item on sale great laptop for beginners for everyday use. internet is fast and the screen is huge and it is not heavy, i carry the laptop along with me and i love it.

Windows 10 Operating System also ships with Windows Defender virus protection software. This is free to use. I wish I never bought this thing. It's been slow since I bought it and I thought updates would fix it but they didn't. Next time I'll just stick to HP. At least it boots up faster.

Its got all the necessary things you need in a computer. Solid build quality, good OS, good amount of ram. Perfect for doing daily tasks. Not recommended for gaming or editing. Picked it up for a good deal and couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

It was on sale for a decent price. She was glad to receive it and uses it frequently. The only complaint is it a little slow with multiple apps working. If you limit the number of background apps running it performs much better.
