After doing exhaustive searches on the internet and shopping around at other stores, this was hands down the best price for this particular laptop. Researching laptops for what we needed, the Lenovo is going to take care of everything needed for years to come.

Very good price. and speed...(i took out the 500 gb , and put in a 250 GB SSD..and performance was much improved...but quality/build is not that great. However, for the price, it was well worth it. it works great if you are getting online for recreation or school/work, but not for intense gaming or serious long term computing projects.

I’ve had this computer for a few weeks now and so far ive enjoyed it. The only issue I had was that it came with the windows-s system and I was able to easily change that to the regulars windows 10. I don’t any major gaming or anything on my computer, so for my simple needs like listening to Spotify, YouTube, and internet browsing it’s well worth the money.

As is, the laptop is painfully slow. However, once I did three things to it, this laptop is perfect regardless it not being an i Series CPU or newer AMD Ryzen. The CPU along with the upgrades complement each other on the things I use it for. The sale price and the upgrades were still far cheaper than an average mid-tier laptop. 1. Upgrade RAM to at least 8gb (only has one slot) 2. Get rid of the true bottleneck, 5400rpm HD and replace with a SSD (this also will take a NVME SSD but you will need a screw for it) 3. Get the recovery image from Lenovo site and then convert it to Windows 10 Home (get rid of Windows 10S) That's it. Instant and immediate gratification once done.

The reason why I've given this 4 stars instead 5 is because of the battery life. The battery life on the lenovo is about 5 hours with medium brightness and just regular typing here and there, also some surfing which is not bad. You can actually extend the battery life up to 7-8 hours by using the power saving mode. Then again that will come with lower screen brightness and minimal use. But I have to say I love it! The 15.6" laptop is very light weight, which is easier to travel with and carry around in your arm, also the wide and big screen is great for reading articles and watching movies on. The power up is quick and you login within seconds; there you are surfing the web already. The keyboard is not back lit, but that's not an issue for most people. Typing on the keyboard is amazing, not much noise and travel is very good. I'm not much of a track pad person so I use a wireless mouse, I recommend it if you don't like using the laptops mouse pad. The storage is a plus point, if you're one of those people that tend to download a lot of music, videos, and pictures. And lastly this laptop comes with the app store so you can easily downloads apps such as I tunes, and many more.

this computer was purchased to replace a 3 year old laptop that had issues. So far I am satisfied with this purchase. The response time to open web pages while not lightning fast is acceptable. Startup time is more than a minute faster than the old laptop. This Lenovo came with Windows 10 s-mode, which uses only the EDGE browser. Instructions are available to switch to Windows 10 so you can use other browsers. At this time, a solid unit with no problems.

The laptop works in all ways except battery life. They just don't make them like they used to. My old Sony used to get a day and half before needing to be charged. This lasts a few hours of heavy use and needs charging. I wish quality was the way it used to be but the prices were the way they are now. Best of both worlds.

It was for my 14-year-old son for school and it does the job good enough. Runs a little slow but the price was good and considering computers become outdated and have to be replaced every two years spending a grand was not an option.

Fits my needs exactly. I need a basic laptop that is easy to use and works well for internet search and email purposes. This little gem fits the bill exactly. I also like to watch Netflix and wanted a larger screen that a tablet. This laptop is perfect for my needs. I don’t game so I have no idea how this model works for gaming, but it works perfectly for me. Initially tried a Samsung tablet recommended by a salesman. I didn’t like the tablet, returned it, did my research and bought this one online. As a side note, I detest the loud music in your store. It is so loud I can’t think.
