Computer failed once by itself and lost screen for some time and without response on touching any keyboard keys. After some tries on the power key, finally the computer went back on. Till now, it is running good.

And upgraded the ram now it starts up instantly. Very happy with price vs. performance for a cheap laptop

She loves this one. Faster, smaller, lighter. So far so good on everything, but it's only been a month.
