From the computer that we saw in store to the one that we brought home, it’s definitely slower than expected. When purchasing it, we knew it wasn’t top quality, but just using it we’re afraid the mouse pad is going to break from us having to press it repeatedly just to get it to work. Not the best thing to purchase, should’ve saved our money and put it towards something better.

If you do not have a mouse, don’t even think about using the pad. Also I have great Internet service but yet the speed on this laptop is atrocious. Spend a little more money and get a better computer from a different brandname
