This computer has no lights inside. I returned the first one thinking it was the computer, but the second one still has no lights. Best buy customer service did not help me at all. The made me buy the warranty for this computer, but I’m afraid I made a huge mistake.

So it was all good for the first couple of months but after that i went back every update made it worst now am stock at the point where i cant play all my games for pc i try contating the lenovo its been a month talking to them and nothing they cant help me i cant access some of my game but in my other pc thats cheap i can do more then with these peace of junk i wish i never had purchase this atleast give me and exchange . Am giving it one 1 star only because i cant procede next step that why but they really suck DONT BUY IT GUYS DONT

In the span of 3 weeks I bought 1 Legion and it didn't work. Bought another and it didn't work. Now I'm waiting on a 3rd one (replacement this time) let's see how this pans out. In addition, the customer service here is terrible. They talk to you as if you're beneath them, don't actively listen, are beyond rude and show zero % empathy. After this experience I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY OR LENOVO again.

Brought back after first day. No lights and would not connect to the keyboard or mouse that was purchased

First time I ordered from best buy the PC was canceled the night before it was meant to arrive. I reordered in the store and lost the discount I had. When it came it Didn't come with the 1TB HDD. dont buy at best buy, description of PC is a lie

Was DOA out of the box. The fan ran, but nothing else did unfortunately. Had to exchange it for a model from another brand.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! It crashes alot ive only had it for 2 months and a week and it randomly turns off all the time

It doesn't work. The fabs come on nothing else. Got it twice and it's a dud.

THIS PC IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AS A STARTER PC! I put mine through 16-hour days of heavy art rendering streaming and some pretty chunky games and it's still kicking even now!

I got this pc yesterday and it is working perfectly, but it only came with 256 gb of storage. When i ordered it, the website said it would come with 1200 gb of storage.

This may be coincidence, but I have had very bad luck with this PC. I first ordered the PC and we picked it up on Friday. Brought it home, plugged it in, and it wouldn’t turn on. So me and my dad thought it was just a dud. We then called customer support, which just told us to reorder and hope for the best. Sucks, but what can you do? We reordered for Tuesday. Expectations were lowered, but we were still excited. Turns out it was another dud. At this point, we were pretty ticked off. So we decided to schedule a technician appointment for Friday. Never came. We rescheduled for Monday. Never came. After a week and a half of frustration, we just decided to return the machine for good. I would not recommend buying this PC.

I had trouble with this computer since 2 days outbox. The first graphic card crashed then memory messing up. now the power button broke. can't even turn the computer off. fear cant turn back on.
