Like a Tab S8 Ultra, With a Magic Keyboard.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using Samsung tablet for years and my last tablet was a Tab S8 Ultra. I was drawn to the Lenovo Tab Extreme for two main reasons, the keyboard case and the DisplayPort in. I've had mine for about a week now and am very happy with my purchase. I love being able to use the tablet as a portable monitor, it is a great nice to have and comes in handy in a pinch. The speakers are amazing, about as good as the Tab S8 Ultra. The screen is beautiful, and the keyboard is amazing to type on, so much better that the Samsung one. Being able to store the pen while magnetically attached to the bottom of the tablet. And finally, lapability. Try placing the Tab S8 Ultra on your lap and for an extended typing session, or even a quick one, it's impossible. The Lenovo Tab Extreme makes typing on your lap as easy as using a laptop. And just when you thought that was all, you can also detach the tablet from the keyboard and you a a very sturdy magnetic kickstand attached, which makes the tablet great for video on the go, or as a super loud portable TV for cooking in the kitchen. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase. Not only is this thing lighter than it's competitor, it's just plain more usable. Lenovo Freestyle also makes for a usable Second Screen replacement.

Samsung Tablet Who? It's all about Lenovo!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm LOVING Lenovo Tab Extreme. What a BEAST of a tablet. Literally, can't think of anything wrong with it, except that I'd like an always on display option. Other than that, it's been perfect. Love the Google Entertainment Hub, which Samsung doesn't offer. Seriously, don't see why anyone would get the more expensive, Samsung S8 Ultra when the TaB extreme exists.

Wow and awwww...so sad.

So this model is huge, which is a big plus in my book. The machine runs like a monster! I fell in love with Android...Colors, gameplay, speed, storage...this monster has it all....all but one thing...the one thing that made me return it... You cannot download the PIGMENT App, or Color Therapy App to do REAL art work. That is where they lost me... I do lots of art work on my IPAD so it was the DEAL breaker. Otherwise...I would've kept it!

A step up in size
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I travel for work so tablets are key for me to watch movies/shows. I'm coming from the Lenovo P12 Pro. I do not use it for work or gaming. (This does come with the keyboard, and it isn't sold separately yet.) Screen: Large, sharp, and clear. Seems to have a "cool" hue by default which I'm not a fan of and turning on night mode brings warmer colors. Coming from the P12 Pro the screen doesn't seem like a big upgrade aside from the size. This is NOT a 4k tablet. Speakers: This tablet can get loud, and you can feel some small bursts of air come out of the woofer but it's a tablet so don't expect insane bass. Overall, I think it sounds good. Movies/TV: HD looks and sounds great. You can run Netflix in PIP mode and adjust the size of the video on the fly if that's something you want to do. (Words of warning: VUDU will only let you watch and download SD videos on Lenovo devices) Music: It does a pretty good job with music. Performance: I haven't had any performance issues yet. I had around 10 apps open when I was trying to figure out how to close them all and it didn't seem to affect its speed. Network: No cellular unfortunately but the Wi-Fi is pretty fast. My speed test came out to 647mbps. Apps: Google Play Store apps and you can install APKs if you allow it to under the "install unknown apps" setting under security. SD card: I put a 512gb SD card in mine. The option to "format as internal storage" was greyed out but I was able to add it as extra storage with the other option. You do have to go into the apps and choose the SD card as the storage device you want to use if you're downloading movies or music. Battery: So far, I have been really impressed with the battery life and it has a 68w fast charger. Precision Pen: It's a stylus with smart features. It magnetically attaches and charges to the back.

Keyboard stop working on the first day
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tablet directly from Lenovo. Received it on Saturday, keyboard. Stop working the same day. They did not have any other solution but sending it in to get repaired. So I return this tablet. I'll be looking at a Samsung from this point. Very disappointed. Could just be a bad unit.
