it's a ThinkPad with a Horrible battery. Good speed, fair keyboard that feels Less than normal Lenovo quality. Great selection of ports and did I mention the Horrible battery..

The computer is excellent and suits my needs perfectly. The Geek Squad transferred my data from my old computer to the new ThinkPad as requested. Tips on maintaining and using the new machine were helpful and complete. BestBuy remains my go-to company for all electronics and in the future some appliances,

the battery life for this think pad is crazy good and if you misplace your charger they have universal ones that work great. being able to stream and work multipurpose tool. its very light weight is to travel with 10/10 i would definitely purchase again.

So far so good. This Lenovo replaces an 8 year pld Lenovo laptop that. Cracked. It's a bit different but has what I need. GeekSqad guy helped set up.

I couldn’t print so I called the tech support line. A very friendly rep and his buddy proceeded to access my bank account (told me I was entitled to a refund) and then “mistakenly” entered a refund amount of $15,000. Told me I needed to bring $15,000 in cash to an ATM to avoid having Best Buy claim that I was stealing. His hung up when I told him I was a lawyer. I have spent this past week closing/reopening all bank accounts. Turned out the only problem with the laptop was that our printer was not listed as the default. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever come across. Obviously NO screening is done on the people Best Buy has handling their tech support. We will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy in the future.

Powers through anything you throw at it. Upgradeable if you need a bit more under the hood.

Poor keyboard. Within a year W key quit working and the trackpad is flaky. Stay away from E series! I have a T490 series that I bought 5 years ago and it worked well till last year. I still have my T-430 which is built like a tank and still going strong!
