there are so many nice features and benefits that I am more than happy to overlook some of the shortcomings. Portability, Weight, really works as a pc and tablet. There are some benefits that probably not even Lenovo thought about. I was on the road for 3 weeks. On the very first day somehow, a full glass of water got spilled over the keyboard, wait a minute, there is no keyboard...I just wiped it out with a napkin and kept on working. On any other laptop this would have been the end of my trip. Enough said.

I really like this laptop. Light weight, compact, long battery life, and good screen. The 2nd screen keyboard is good but does take some time to adapt. The hepatic feedback does help. The processor is fast (i5 version). Perfect to take with you as its easily carried and a excellent alternative to tablet. The bad. The finger print reader does not work. I've returned two and tried others in the store. It seems that after the windows update, it worked no more. Never reset it as the keyboard may never return. I've called Lenovo, and their only suggestion was return it, or send it to us, and after a long wait it may come back fixed. They really were helpless !! I like this laptop a lot. Just wished everything worked !

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with a recent Windows 10 update. There is a need to update select drivers on the Yoga Book C930 manually. Here is a link to the Lenovo.com Support page for the Yoga Book C930, where you can scan your specific device for driver updates for your specific device:  https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/tablets/yoga-series/yoga-book-c930/downloads/automatic-driver-update. Once you have all the drivers setup, try to activate the fingerprint again. Here's a tip for making your fingerprint reader work every time: Try lightly sliding your finger over the fingerprint reader. No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors. Lenovo

    Future of Laptops, but "Unfinished"

This device is BEAUTIFUL! And if you love the design and don't need to type a lot, then this laptop is powerful enough for most tasks since it comes with an i5 processor, unlike the lower powered first YogaBook. The e-ink display has SO MUCH potential, but the one think I would want to do with it is read eBooks and the e-Ink screen is not compatible with Kindle. This laptop is really for a narrow group of individuals and for them, I would recommend it (high design, low typing but high media consumption, future minded). I'm excited about the 3rd version!

This 2 in 1 device does what it says it can do. It seems Lenovo did not maximize the potential of the “customizable” keyboard/touchpad area (similar to the apple TouchBar).

Slow, hard to type, hardware issues from the start

I was looking for a portable laptop to be able to use in the kitchen and for some light coding projects. Thought this lightweight 2-in-1 would be nice and the e-ink could be used to jot down notes while cooking. So off the bat, the Lenovo software either has a glitch or they are selling refurbished products as new because it says my warranty is already expired, had to open a ticket with Lenovo to change. Next the fingerprint scanner doesn't work. I tried to set up repeatedly and won't work. Then the stylus is supposed to attach to the lid by a magnet, but the magnet is so weak that the pen pretty much fell right off and so the stylus got lost within the first three days. The glass keyboard is my next complaint. Typing is very laborous since the keyboard is small and without any raised keys to feeling for it's impossible to accurately type. I thought I would get used to this but a few weeks in and it's still a pain. Next up, when you flip it over to tablet you would it would understand and switch to the on-screen keyboard, which it does...one out of every 4 tries. The knock to open feature also is flawed. Whenever I set the computer down, the lid pops up and takes usually about three tries to get it to stay closed...meanwhile when I knock to open it on purpose, it rarely works. The problems continue from here folks. The computer draws more power than the charger provides so when the battery gets low you can't even plug it in to keep it working. The only thing I like about this machine is the size and portability, so now I can't even use that because using it off battery means risking having to stop working. It's also just plain slow. I'm not even talking about any of the more heavy-duty tasks I was hoping to tackle with this. I'm talking about clicking a checkbox on a website that Lhas a lag. So overall, I am extremely displeased with this produt. I wanted to return it but I lost the pen that it came with because the magnet sucks. Please don't but this product.

I was attracted by the small size and dual screens. The issue is that if you try to touch-type on the virtual keyboard, it will register random keystrokes . Not good for extended typing.

I love everything about this ultrabook. I had reservations about the touchscreen keyboard but after several weeks of use it seems normal to me. The virtual trackpad is outstanding the best I've ever used seriously. I mostly just surf the internet and check email play some online games and youtube videos. I was leery about having only four gigs of RAM but I haven't noticed any issues so far. I haven't noticed any lag or freezing or glitches or anything. I love my new ultrabook!

So many uses. e-ink reader (can clone any screen so Kindle app works perfectly) comic book reader (LCD screen is sharp an vibrant) works great as a Chromebook alternative (use Edge and install apps) Great drawing device (use the LCD to watch the drawing and draw on the e-ink) Great for notes (syncs with OneNote) Light gaming such as SOR4, GRIS and Blazing Chrome If you are just surfing the web or typing notes, the e-ink keyboard is fine. Took a minute to get used to it. Anything longer I would suggest getting a Bluetooth keyboard.

I purchased this laptop as a way to store documents and receipts, grocery lists and journaling. Not only does it so that but it’s incredibly lightweight and perfect for watching movies on the go. I hook it up to my WiFi hotspot and can watch Netflix for hours, no problem! The flat keyboard I love it because germs and dust don’t get stuck in between the keys. Still waiting to get batteries to try the pen and can’t wait to use it that way for journaling !!! This laptop is a life saver for the minimalist!

Yes, it's futuristic, unique and can't be evaluated as a laptop replacement. But it's really poorly executed. The fingerprint reader works about 20% of the time. Weird, because my Yoga 920 has about a 95% success rate. Did Lenovo forget how to make a fingerprint sensor? And why, when I copy text from the e Ink screen to Onenote, are Chinese letters embedded in the heading? The E ink doesn't work all that well either. When I'm typing, the stylus constantly stops working, requiring me to write the same letter over and over. This is 2nd gen, Lenovo could have done much better.

This is a Christmas Gift so not sure if it works yet. But, it came before expected and was packaged great. Hoping everything works. So far, very satisfied with purchase. Had the older version of this computer and my daughter loves it, so I am expecting the same great quality from this one.

My purchase went smoothly even with the COVID precautions. The product was exactly as described, it being used, and the rep was knowledgeable Lenovo is my favourite brand of laptop although expensive. I trust best buy on their used products knowing they would not sale something that isn't able to be used at its fullest potential.

Neat concept but the low ram and slight delay on the e-ink keyboard was enough to cause noticeable lag on input. Maybe on the next iteration. Software keyboards take a lot of adjustment to be proficient in, just a heads up to the curious.
