Instead of buying this, you can get a Lenovo Chromebook if you're looking for something as trendy as a MacBook but won't buy them for whatever reason (you're anti-Apple, the price is too high, etc.)

Once he started using it, he's on it quite a lot. From watching movies, to doing online training for the Army, we're very satisfied that it has met all his needs. Software works well, with no compatibility issues and video streaming is smooth. The Yoga features of touch screen, and multiple usage angles (flipped over, tented, etc.), this a very versatile computer. We would recommend this to others.

Processing power is amazing and response time is awesome. Personally I will be using this computer for college. While it can handle video games, I would advise against certain games like Apex Legends. This laptop has the bare minimum specs to run a game of that size, so my advice would be to play only PC designed games from the store. This laptop was, quite possibly, the best investment of my life, Thanks Best Buy for a wonderful experience and outstanding Customer Service.

Good computer, crappy warranty!

My daughter's computer had a problem with the microphone and it was a nightmare trying to get it fixed. With the premium warranty, they are supposed to fix the computer the next day at your location. It took countless hours on the phone and 5 weeks to get it fixed. The computer seems nice, but the premium warranty sucks along with Lenovo Corporate.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga C740-14. This model ships with a 720p (HD) webcam with manual Privacy Shutter and Dual Array Microphones. If you are getting less than expected broadcast video performance from your webcam, be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. I am a serious researcher prior to any purchase, and not only am I so glad I chose this Lenovo but I couldn’t have paid a lower price anywhere else! I got a great Open-Box special. The laptop is so sleek and smooth, the sound is amazing, and I’ve NEVER seen such a beautiful colorful sharp dynamic screen on a computer! Unless it was someone else’s multi-thousand dollar computer. Well for this ‘normal’ person, it’s just incredible!
