I like the multiple ways it allows you to log on and the fingerprint sign in is super convenient. The software is also very user friendly and it prompts you via messages that are easy to follow. Hope this laptap lasts as long as my Dell laptops have over the years!

Great laptop for college students

Sleek, lightweight, quick processing, this laptop is a game changer and I couldn't be happy with its performance. I was a bit worried to switch to a lenovo because I've always been an HP user but with windows 10, the two systems are not too different. I really love the fingerprint reader.

You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. I have called, made a trip back to the store and finally got an appointment for someone to come our to my home only to be cancelled by Geek SQUAD. I have been a customer at Best Buy for over a decade but getting very disappointed with this last purchase of over a $1,000.

I did some research & found this. I am super pleased with my purchase. The set up was extremely easy. I love that it is metal and not plastic yet it is still very light. It has a long battery life and charges quickly. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was great. The curb side pick up was excellent. Thank you.

Great for most things, Problems with processing

But now it's having a hard time processing and it very loud, even when I put it to sleep. I am using a lot of processing power programs but I shouldn't feel like it's going die. Being able to close the camera is amazing though.

It is small for ease of carrying around but doesn't feel small when you're using it. I only wish it had an additional USB port but overall it is a fantastic computer. The processor is fast and has plenty of storage. I am a huge fan of the fingerprint reader so entering a password isn't required. This is a great computer at a great price.
