It was easy to set up and has been great to be able to complete work I thought may have been lost. The keyboard is excellent. There is plenty of security and managerial features. You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. I can't blame the laptop for tech support.

I am pleased with the performance of the specs on the Yoga and would recommend it for those who don’t want an entry level laptop but don’t need extreme specs. Great family PC.

Amazing laptop for college students

It runs several apps at the same time quite fast, and it also runs games pretty well. Tablet mode is great when signing PDFs or taking notes during lectures and highlight ebooks. Transfer ALL data from old one to new one, and give us the old hard drive. All ok, until we got home. NOT all the data was transferred. I can't find pictures anywhere. Need help.

So maybe anything new would seem great. But this laptop is easy to setup, minus all the bloat-ware, and really fast. I love the screen, the keyboard and the biometric finger print login. No complaints!

It is lightweight, and very thin, so easy to move around. Had Lenovo in the past and recently purchased two different Dell laptops. Both had a problem with the screen not coming on when re-opened. So switched back to Lenovo!

Metal frame, high quality screen and you can cover the webcam with a little slider built in! Webcam and audio quality is superb. Great travel laptop, super fast, can do anything!

Nice appearance, nice display, and form factor is a good mix of size and portability. Replaced a 2 year old HP which we had a lot of quality problems with related to the power supply.

great laptop for student

I don't really use the touchscreen feature but it's pretty cool. Mostly I just like the feel and look of this laptop and it's got everything I need.

Defective hinge and cracked screen

The cheap plastic hinge was basically dangling off my computer. I am not sure why, considering I had never even used the computer in tablet mode.. The hinge was easily popped back into place, but it immediately left an ugly spiderweb crack all the way up the screen. Unfortunately, this is a COMMON problem with these. I was basically told that it was my fault for misusing their wonderful product. I am very VERY disappointed, as I really wanted to love this computer.

And I wish that would’ve been disclosed when I ordered it. Satisfactory open box is supposed to mean that no essential parts are missing… a charger/ac adapter is essential.
