See the reviews, they are correct in every way. The long battery life, the build quality surpasses MacBook, even the included utility software is plentiful and useful. They keyboard feel is the best (Lenovo has always been known for their keyboards). There is one design flaw that needs getting used to, and maybe you won't feel the same the same way because of the way would use it. This comes in two colors; light silver and a darker grey. My advice is to get the grey because the contrast of the key caps is not enough to see the key characters if the backlight is off in a dark room, or if the backlight is on in a bright room. Unless its in a bright room, or a dark room, the in-between settings will be a struggle to see all the key characters.

You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. Just type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". It's sleek, attractive, powerful, and the screen resolution and coloring is amazing! Unfortunately, if you purchase this as a 2-in-1 device hoping to have a tablet to write on with a stylus pen, you'll be disappointed. I tried both the included Lenovo stylus and the Wacomb bamboo pen and neither provides a great writing experience. The strokes come out all wiggly and the resulting handwriting is practically illegible. Luckily I have an iPad I use for my tablet needs so it's not a deal breaker for me, but beware of this issue if you're planning to take notes on it! Side note: the laptop gets a little warm during standard use but it's not unusable (maybe slightly uncomfortable at times). I've seen mention of this issue on multiple reviews so that's my take on it.

The Lenovo Active Pen has 4,096 level of sensitivity and palm rejection for a great digital writing/drawing experience on the Yoga screen. This two in 1 is underrated. I think it is even better than dell xps. The screen is vivid and the sound is crisp. Downside is the battery only lasts 6 to 8 hours.

This is my first with a SSD card storage and I love the speed with which that works. I also like the touch screen feature of this laptop. The device itself is very light and easy to transport. The sound quality is very nice with the sound bar running across the whole bottom of the screen itself. Another nice feature is the fact the screen folds completely back to convert into what appears to be a large tablet. Screen resolution is quite nice and I do like the back-lit keyboard. I have not used the included "pencil" feature, but plan to research that in the very near future. All in all, this is a great laptop and I am very happy to have it. I highly recommend.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Surface Book 2 15" but needed a more portable machine for personal use and tried the Spectre x360 and XPS 13 first, but this C940 was the most mature of the machines. The x360 OLED 13" is beautiful, but the screen had banding and the system itself would pause and had some hesitation - might have been drivers or other issues, but the banding was a no go. The XPS was excellent, but heat was a problem. This c940 is great - Q Control(Fn Q), lets you set cooling options, keeping the fan low if you need, or let it get louder for performance. It perfectly implements the Modern Standby - it can be sleeping overnight, get a Skype message and wake up like a phone does - Qualcomm-like behavior from an Intel Core i7, really nice. Works with my USB-C MST hub that I use for the Surface Book, too, so easy plug and play into the desk system with one cable. So far, so good. We'll see if it stays stable over time.

Great laptop, and very portable.

This laptop looks very sleek, and performs like or better than many others in its class, and slightly cheaper. I have not tried gaming on it, but I've done hours of work on it with no hiccups (programs running simultaneously: Excel, Mozilla, offline book reader, Word). The docked pen is also a nice addition instead of having to carry one. I can't really speak on the battery life because I never run it low enough to gauge the time. The speakers is greatly improved from the severely underpowered speakers of my previous Yoga.

Since I didn't intend to do any GPU-intensive work on it, I wasn't concerned that it has integrated graphics. However, the lack of graphics horsepower manifests itself in many ways, like choppy scrolling in web browsers and Excel. A machine with this pricetag shouldn't have any issues scrolling smoothly. 4K and HDR look great at times, but are glitchy. I dealt with a chronic screen flickering issue. I know it's due to the Intel video driver, because upgrading the driver to Intel's experimental driver fixes the issue. But, that introduced other serious issues, and had to be rolled back. There's a lot I like about this PC. Nice and small, good battery life, touchscreen, pen, great-feeling keyboard, backlit keys, nice overall feel. However its flaws are too major to ignore.

If you are experiencing issues with the screen image, be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer. Then update all of the BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10. Since I bought it has some screen issue and finally after two months it got worse and took it geek squad and they immediately replaced it. I am extremely happy with this PC if I ignore the screen issue I had.

While they give excellent battery life, they are not for heavy processing applications or gaming. Until Intel releases the 10nm high performance CPUs, the 9th generation are the best option. Now that’s out in the open, this Yoga laptop is well made for a Windows machine. Keyboard is comfortable, and the screen is bright enough. It makes a very good computer for office or student use. My only problem is with the screen bottom part which is a bit awkward. Wish they had full screen with thin bezels. Thanks for reading and good luck with your research.

Get a hub, you're gonna need it!

The styling is sleek and lightweight. All metal top and bottom keeps things clean while allowing for a more sophisticated appearance. The screen is bright and responsive and the pen input is nice and precise. The only thing I dislike about the pen is it seems to have to be recharged after several hours of use, which requires inserting it back into it's docking port for awhile. Kind of an inconvenience. There is a severe lack of ports, which is to be expected on such a sleek Ultrabook so you better get a hub. There is one usb(3.0? I believe), 2 usb C ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack. I use a hub going to one of the USB C ports to add HDMI, SD card, multiple USB ports, etc. Either C port accept the charging cable so that's nice. Overall, the value is AMAZING. Easily beats Microsoft Surface(Terrible, from my experience) and much less expensive than a Mac(But we won't get into that debate:)

I7 is a little underpowered for heavy multi-tasker use, which is why this is only a 4. Body design is excellent, keys are responsive, screen is gorgeous. If you are a power user you will be slightly disappointed, but for middle tier use, this is a winner.

In the rest the computer is pretty good the image is super nice. The pen sometimes is difficult to pull out but you will get the trick of it.

Only complaint is somewhat limited batter life. By that I mean like 8 hours as opposed to 10. Not a big deal. Disclaimer: I have not actually tested the battery life and the numbers 8 and 10 are just to show how minor the complaint is. To me this thing is like a way better version of a macbook air. lots of my friends get macs just cause they are popular. If you actually look at the stats and capabilities, I think this computer is way more for the money. It also has an equally, if not even more appealing design.
