In terms of performance, very good. The ``cheat sheet'' for settings on the frame are helpful and useful. I miss the express settings -- hitting `1' or `2' for instance for a 1- or 2-minute heating cycle -- on our old GE. One MAJOR concern already, just two weeks into use, is that the numbers on the touchpad are already rubbing off and disappearing. (See photos: the ``2'' is half gone and it's supposed to say ``4 Speed'' under the word Vent.)

This microwave replaced an existing microwave that was malfunctioning and it matches with the new range purchased. Easy to use and easy to clean. The touch pad is sensitive and fun to use. I have used the microwave for a casserole, cooking swordfish and reheating many dishes.

I am um'd and rrr'd about awarding this 3 or4 stars Overall we are happy with this purchase but in the end I deducted two stars because 1) Per the photo attached there seems to be some kind of recatangular 'residue' mark on the stainless steel above the display obviously left by a sticky label at some point. I suspect it is somehow under the print proof stainless steel coating as it will not come off and the surface of the coating seems smooth. You only see it at a certain angle when the light shines on it a certain way. I do not want to try cleaning it any harder in case I damage the print proof surface so now I try not to look at it :( 2) If you look at the picture of the door the see through window is the smaller inside light grey area. It is very small and set quite high when the Microwave is mounted above the counter top. I am 5 feet 5 inch tall and even standing on tip toe struggle to see through the window when I am trying to see how a plate or cup is reheating. 3) Related to point 2) the clock is not easily viewable since the actual display digits are set back maybe an a half inch behind the front glass and relatively small. To see well you either need to be looking at it straight on which is a challenge unless you are 5 feet 8 plus or up close with your kneck cricked back which is uncomfortable. 4) The lighting on the bottom could be better and seem to generate a lot of heat so inefficient energy usage. Other than that the only other comment I would make is it does not seem as 'solid' as my old GE one which lasted 20 years. When you open and close the door the whole thing seems to shudder and I worry at some point it will fall !

This microwave has a lot cool presets that are not very hard to use such as, melting chocolate and softening butter. It hears food up quickly. I love it! Looks great too! Wish it had a quick minute, 2 minute button. And like other reviewers said , the light is really low. Can’t even tell it’s on. That’s why I gave it a 4 star.

I love this microwave! I was surprised at how fast and evenly it warms things up! Love all the features! Matches my new LG convection range perfectly!

Worth the $. Pretty much finger proof and easy to install

I've had this microwave for a little over a month and so far I love it. It cooks good and much faster than the one I replaced. We chose this one because it could be vented outside. The fan/vent work great, fast fan speeds.

Excellent product. Have purchased several LG appliances recently and am very pleased with them all.

Great microwave. I struggled but was able to install it myself. I wish numbers were also quick starts but there are 30sec quick starts.

Easy install great design works great easy to clean

The LG Microwave has plenty of features and has worked flawlessly since we had it installed. It is much better than our prior microwave, which stopped working one day. It's also pretty stylish looking and matches our other appliances.

Although our old microwave did not need replacing, we have a very small kitchen space. When we purchased a new LG fridge, I wanted to update all appliances and have all the same brand. I looked for an OTR microwave with the features I use often, and am very pleased with our choice. It has more options than the old one, especially for Reheat and Defrost, while keeping the ones I liked before, like Popcorn and 30 Sec. heating. The microwave is easy to use, but I need to keep the instruction manual and reading glasses handy because I am so short I can't always read the scroll area for choices...

My microwave quit on me. I went with a bigger one. I love this microwave because of the features and ease of using.so glad I found it and same brand as my new range.

Best microwave I’ve ever had! Sensor heating / cooking is intuitive. 4 speed Fan provides excellent venting as needed. Beautiful design and finish, inside is gray, easy to clean and exterior is fingerprint resistant! Haven’t used the rack yet but it’ll be handy one day. Delivered and installed using Best Buy’s Total Tech. Perfect choice to complete my upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel LG appliances, I’m very happy.

We’ve had this microwave for about a month and so far it’s held up just fine. It looks good and went in easily.

Very nice quality, style and features. Has even more pre-programmed cooking functions than we will ever use but is an excellent microwave and couldn't be happier. The Best Buy Installation team did a great job installing it. Very professional, courteous and fast. I highly recommend the Best Buy installation & haul-away process.
