I never really thought I could love a refrigerator, but at least once a day I open our fridge and look over at my husband saying, “Man, I love this fridge!” After an 8-month long, exceedingly frustrating fridge ordering saga with Best Buy, we finally had this fridge settled comfortably in our kitchen. And I can honestly say that I love it so much it actually made the nightmare all worthwhile at the end of the day. What do I like so much about it? - * I love that there is no water or ice dispenser on the outside of the door. Instead, the ice is readily available in the top freezer drawer (though we invested in a little hand held ice scoop to make it easier to scoop into our cups. Well worth it), and the water dispenser is easily accessible in the inner left side of the fridge. Overall it makes the outward appearance of this fridge look so clean and classy, and more high-end than it actually is. Love! * I love that you can use the water dispenser with one hand. Our previous fridge had an inner-door water dispenser that required you to hold the cup with one hand and press the button for water with the other. Well I am a mom of three and let me tell you, I almost NEVER have both hands free, so this became very annoying. In this fab fridge, however, you just press your cup against the water lever and out it comes. * I love how quickly it dispenses water! Takes half the time to fill up our water bottles than our last fridge. * I love that the water from the water dispenser does not come out too chilled. Now this is a personal preference, but I do not always want my drinking water cold as ice, and I can simply add ice if I did. Small detail, but I like it nonetheless. * another odd personal preference; I love that the cubes are more traditional cubes, and not the half-mooney shaped ones. * I love the French doors and that the shelves are wide and at eye-level. Prevents those dark forgotten corners of the fridge from forming! * I love that you can close the French doors in any order. The previous French door fridge we had required that we always close the left side first. A small annoyance that no longer exists with this one. * I love how roomy the fridge is even though it is counter-depth. Any deeper and I fear things would too easily collect and get gross and forgotten. This is the best of both worlds in that it also just looks fabulous at counter depth in the rest of our kitchen. * I LOVE the two separate drawers for the freezer!!!!! We were using a single-drawer freezer prior to this one, and inside it had stacked plastic pull-out drawers that were ALWAYS jamming, and the source of much frustration and many curse words. With the two separate drawers on this fridge though that is NO longer an issue, and I don’t feel that I had to compromise space either. The freezer is still more than roomy. I feel like I could go on to the extent that I feel silly loving a fridge this much. Bottom line; it makes me happy every time I see it, open it, and use it, which is a lot. I hope it has a long life ahead of it, and I would whole-heartedly recommend it to others!!

We really like this refrigerator compared to our last side by side unit. It's counter depth, has a sleek appearance, and looks more expensive than it really is. It's easier to access food items and the internal water dispenser works great. The double freezer drawers are perfect for our needs. We keep frequently used items in the top drawer and lesser used items in the bottom. The ice maker is easy to access and I really like the cube shape compared to the half-moon shape of other ice makers. The LED lighting is very bright. the only drawback is that the lower freezer drawer is not lighted. All in all, this refrigerator is a great value and we are very happy so far.

Second LG I purchased. First one lasted 14 years with no service problems. This French Door model with split freezer drawers is great. Counter Depth is perfect . So quiet I had to strain to hear if it was on. LG won me over again !

After 14 yrs our Jenn-Aire French Door refrigerator said, "my time is up! Bye!" so in the market for a replacement. Two important issues, counter depth, and water/ice dispensin, but NOT thru door. After many searches always came bach to this LG. Also delivery was within 5 days! Was delivered and set up by crew. ( I was gone and my wife was there for delivery. She said they were great! ) Been almost a month and very pleased with the LG. Good size door capacities which means don't have to search the shelves deep in the unit. Internal water dispensing is fast and cold! Ice maker is silent and provides all we need. Two drawer freezer is great, Top drawer for your ice and favorites, with larger bottom drawer for real storage items. Well designed! But the best thing IMO...the LED lighting! Not a dark spot anywhere. Overall, highly recommend this to anyone looking for a french door refrigerator.

Spacious, elegant. I thought that 22” won’t be enough and I was wrong. Love the size and the space distribution. All items are easy to reach. Water dispenser great although the door alarm sounds even when I’m serving water, it should have had a sensor that connects to the door and justify that is open to avoid the stress of the alarm. Other than that ... highly recommended.

Enjoying my new lg refrigerator. The space in my kitchen is for a 27”. I have had 30” but it looked to big and stuck out too much from the counter so, I got the 27” but in counter depth so it reduced to 22”. It fits my space perfectly. This fridge runs very quiet. It keeps up with my consent use of ice. It’s very spacious inside . I love it.

This refrigerator is everything that I could ask for. Theres ample enough space for all of my food items. The dual freezer areas are great and help me keep my frozen items organized. I like the internal water dispenser. That keeps things neat and no messy water everywhere. This is a must buy!!!

Very sleek clean look! Not having water dispenser on the front of the door leaves more room inside for storage in that door. Water dispenser works great inside the Refrigerator. Ice maker conveniently located in top freezer door. Lots of space and options in both the refrigerator and freezer portions!

Beautiful fridge one of the reasons we chose was its size and counter depth everything is within reach. It fit perfect in our space. The ice maker and inside the fridge water was also a plus. Best Buy delivery and set up was professional and courteous.

Great Fridge and Freeze, even tho I ordered the counter depth it still has plenty of room. Look awesome! Water is on the side and I love that. You can open either side fridge door without opening the other. Cleans nicely with no streeks.

I love it! The best purchase I’ve made for my kitchen. Lots of space for variety of food. If you keep doors open for too long it/ or did not closed completely, it beeps. Side door compartment can fit lots of items. Freezer is great! Double doors are the best. Overall, I love it and highly recommended.

After 8 months, I have notes... 1) I hooked it up myself easily. The door handles detached quick & easy to fit through the back door. But my water connection under the sink wasn't compatible with the provided adaptor so I had to try several (but this could be the fault of my under sink pipe connectors and not the provided refrigerator water inlet tube). Also, the designated water tube included in the package was way too short and I had to get another tube and connect them together. 2) I always wanted a fridge with auto water and ice dispensers! But, the ice and water spouts are inside the fridge, not in the external door, so I am letting all the cold air out of the fridge everytime I get a glass of water or ice. 3) A selling point was the fridge's bottom extra skinny drawer meant for keeping party plates cool. BUT 2 things; the drawer is too narrow to actually fit standard party plates with their lids on. I had to buy all new hors d'ouvers presentation platters flat senough to fit. 2b) Speaking of the party platter drawer, it is designed as a pull-out drawer spanning the entire width of the fridge- BUT it doesn't have a separate entrance so you have to widely open BOTH french doors to access, again letting out the cold air from the entire fridge. 3) The fridge doors need smoother open/shut hinges, because if I open a fridge door then it forcefully slams all the way open, rattling the condiments in the door shelves and banging against the exterior, leaving dents. 4) The door shelves are very deep, which is great, except the heights of each storage shelf are NOT adjustable, so you're stuck with the exact sizes. And they are just a tad too small to fit my mini-lazy susans (supposedly designed to fit in the door bins. Surprisingly, this is a really good vegetable and fruit crispers and keeps produce much fresher, longer. Too bad there's no meat drawer, too. Finally, on a personal note, the counter depth size is a perfect idea. But it would be nice to have a sensor to alert me when to replace the water filter, and better wheels so I can occasionally move and clean beneath it.

I’m very pleased with MY LG refrigerator. Also having a free in home consultation with a BEST BUY sales pro was so beneficial. The initial sales consultant at BEST BUY recommended doing this just to be certain all of my other new appliances would be a perfect fit. Very helpful! My prior GE lasted a good long time but the parts were no longer available. My son compiled all the research for me. It fit perfectly into the area and I love the clean look of the stainless steel double doors. It’s very quiet has an interior water dispenser which works great as well as the bottom ice maker that knows just the right amount of ice we need. All in all I’m very satisfied!

Tons of refrigerator and freezer space. So much fit me in the door shelves that half of my refrigerator is empty now. Double freezer drawers now keep me from having to dig through a deep pile of frozen items with numbing fingers to find what I’m looking for like I used to with one single drawer. Only critique is the ice machine rumbles a bit before cubes fall in the drawer. It’s taking my dogs some time to adjust to.

I love this refrigerator . Very happy with the two drawer freezer . The refrigerator section is very roomy and easy to access all the shelves and I’m a big fan of the inside water dispenser

I love this fridge! I bought it the beginning of September because he got a new house. And so far so good. I love the fact that the fridge has so much space and the fact that the water dispenser is in the inside is a plus for me. That detail gives the fridge a more sleek look And that helps because I have two little children and I don’t need them spraying water all on my floor.

Awesome size for two, really customizable when it comes to shelf locations. Ice is efficient and always available, the interior water dispenser rules. Fits perfectly in our compact kitchen and feels like it was made for us!

Really good, functional and spacious fridge. LG makes excellent products. But there are a lot of reasons to get it - counter depth so sits in well in small spaces, lots of room in the doors, two freezer units. Has water filter and outlet inside so again - great for small spaces. Definitely recommend it.

I had a Samsung that crapped out after just 5 years. So far I love this thing, inside water dispenser is such a game changer, it’s unreal how much more room I have

So very disheartened; I was proud of this refrigerator and trusted LG. Purchased this 2 years3months ago from Best Buy. The bottom drawer continually gets black mold along the gasket and top of the drawer despite frequent cleaning. Called LG customer service...they offered 90 day warranty of 399.99 or a link to LG authorized service repair. A two year old appliance should not need repairs. Otherwise it is a terrific appliance, food stays fresh longer and it's much easier to access food since the depth is less than regular refrigerators. This was an important selling point as I am a short 72 year old woman with limited reach. I purchased an LG washer and dryer early this year and had an LG microwave. I was committed to the brand until the black mold issue with the refrigerator. Hopefully it is an anomaly. I cleaned the affected drawer before a two week trip. The photo is how it looked when I returned.
