My delivery was painless, the Refrigerator is very clean looking. It is very quiet. I left it on the factory 3 setting and It’s holding out at 30 in the refrigerator part. The temp drops real quick if you hold the door open and The alarm is priceless. The doors need to be aligned.. The freezer is holding at 0. The ice maker makes ice pretty quickly. In just two days it has almost filled the bucket twice.. I keep dumping them until it’s all clear.. it will wake the dead when the ice drops. Maybe because I need to go food shopping.. Both lights are very helpful and bright..wow. Anyway... I have a Complaint! These shelves are pretty flimsy. Mainly the one without the drawer under it. Mine has a crack in the plastic and the glass is popping out on the other side upon delivery. You can not put weight on that shelf. They bend.. I moved it to the middle so I can keep the heavier items on the more supported shelves but the door doesn’t swing freely out of the way to clear the shelf. You would have to move the shelf on the door to do so.. Honestly I’m dreading having to put a Turkey, Pork, Ham or any other large item In this fridge..

This refrigerator is huge tons of space and extremely quiet. It is so quiet I had to double check to make sure it was working properly. Both the freezer and refrigerator are maintaining the proper temperature; all of my beverages are cold. The ice maker functions as designed. I like the door alarm which chimes after 1 minute of holding the door open. This can be a problem when you need to clean the fridge. Overall a great roomy refrigerator for under 1K

We had our old fridge for 26 years. Standard builder grade fridge. Always dreamed of having the water and ice in the door. However, a friend gave us their old side by side for our vacation home. Nice fridge. So glad they did because I hate it. Freezer and fridge seem so small. No more room than our old fridge and they are super expensive! So, our fridge died and because we live in a townhouse, we found we were very limited on choices. Only a few would fit. Though there were side by sides that would fit with ice and water (those things break all the time), when I saw this fridge, I loved it! Pretty stainless, simple beauty and HUGE!!!! Seems like we have twice the space in both the freezer and the fridge and we do have an ice maker! Less things to break on this and much more space! Great lighting and nice drawers. The reason for 4 of 5 stars is we had issues with the door ajar alarm going off constantly. It went off all night the first night. It will drive you crazy. We had Geek Squad come out (we purchased warranty and recommend) and they adjusted the door and it’s been perfect ever since. I really should give 5 stars, but the alarm was annoying and I’ve read many others have the problem. However, it is completely fixed and works perfect now. It is an awesome feature we didn’t know we had until it went off all night. Anyway.....simple, basic, huge, pretty, affordable. I like my fridge more than the super expensive ones we looked at.

I've had this fridge for over a month now and so far it works perfectly. Its so quiet I can barely tell its running. It stays at a constant temperature, I stuck a thermometer in to monitor the temperature. I have the freezer set to its max setting of 5 and it maintains a -10 deg temp at the front of the freezer. Setting the bottom fridge to 4 keeps it at 30 degrees at the front. The inside space is huge compared to our old 18cu. I'm very happy with this fridge.

This model LG refrigerator fits our kitchen just fine and according to Consumers Report will stand the test of time… the LED lighting that frames the interior makes it easy to locate food items ... The open door alarm is a HOOT! After the problems with our Maytag bottom freezer we look forward to this refridgerator, based on the reliability reports and much quieter operation....

Overall good refrigerator, will keep your food nice and cool. I do have a couple small complaints. I’m not sure why they call this PrintProof Stainless Steel, because every time somebody touches it, leaves fingerprints are all over it. The other complaint I have is, in my opinion, the Stock-Online Photo does not look the same as the actual Refrigerator. The actual refrigerator is very shiny compared to the stock photo. Almost thought at first I received a different model. This is a very wide refrigerator, would not fit thru the kitchen doorway, I am glad the Best Buy Delivery Drivers, were able to remove, and reinstall the refrigerator doors to get it into the Kitchen.

We really are extremely happy with this refrigerator. Love the roomy top freezer with automatic ice maker. Refrigerator has good lighting and plenty of storage drawers and shelves. Sleek stainless exteriors looks great. Another great purchase from Best Buy.

Love design. Bought for our retirement condo that needed new appliances. Holds huge amounts of food. Door storage even holds my tall wine bottles with stopper even though door shelves are not adjustable. Snack drawer so convenient for small items. Only complaint is the interior lights could be increased, although adequate. The upper freezer compartment is also adequate. The ice maker (included) cranks out the ice, but is a little noisy. This replaced a side by side unit that we were never happy with. We couldn't be happier with this top freezer bottom fridge. Even our little granddaughter can find her snacks by herself. Love it!

It is so spacious and energy efficient. I was looking for large volume but didn't want the bulkiness of a French door fridge and didn't need the deep space of a bottom freezer so I chose this very large capacity top freezer refrigerator. There is so much room, the icemaker works perfectly, and their storage space in the door as well as in bins. The price was right and this was the perfect purchase.

Excellent, you know its LG, I barely can hear if it's on, and they put the average temperature, but works perfect on level 2.

Our LG refrigerator looks awesome in our kitchen. The lights in the freezer and refrigerator really helps me to see the food I am looking for. It's capacity is enough to hold all the food we need. Really is a nice addition.

I love the stainless steel black color. It goes perfectly with my new tiles and vinyl floor. There is so much room in the fridge and freezer. The door holds a gallon size jug which is great.

I ordered this refrigerator online because there were no models available to view in the stores due to COVID-19 supply reduction. Before placing the order, I carefully measured the space available for the refrigerator in our newly-remodeled kitchen. When the refrigerator was delivered, we discovered that the refrigerator arrived with a big dent on the right side and a small dent in the front stainless steel door. This was very disappointing. In addition, I find the refrigerator has several features that I do not like. It is too deep (front to back) for me to reach the back of the refrigerator, inside or on top for cleaning. Except for the top refrigerator shelf and the door, the space above each shelf is quite limited and tall items only fit on the top shelf or on the door. The lunchmeat drawer is awkward to use - it is about 3-4 inches high but deep front to back, so the door has to be wide open to access food towards the back of the drawer. Finally, the door is set only about an inch above the floor, so I have hit my toes with the door several times while opening the refrigerator. All in all, the refrigerator looks nice from the outside and inside, it keeps the food cold, but it is not very practical for daily use.

This fridge has ample space for my food. Cold enough and reliable to keep my food fresh.

Love the new Fridge, I made a good choice, plenty of room, love the LED lighting. Especially in the Freezer.

I bought this LG fridge in January 2016. It has been quite an improvement over our last fridge. I am a repairman (not refrigerator), so I tend to see what's wrong with things before I see what's right with them. Here's what I see. PROs... -The LED lighting is wonderful, although LG should have designed it with some LEDs on the ceiling of the fridge as well as the ones they put on the sides. This would help light up the backs of the glass shelves, as they are a bit dark, but still okay. -The LEDs in the freezer are a joy. -There's a lot of room in both sections. -It's dead quiet. -No height issues with the fridge door, as other have commented about the door hitting their foot upon opening bit. -I feel the extended warranty is not necessary, but my wife made me get it. Even still, $124.59 was not a bad deal for a renewable 5 year warranty. I almost hope it breaks! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONs... This is going to sound worse than it actually is... -The butter holder is not big enough to hold all our butter products and it's not moveable. -Unlike the fridge door, I can't get the freezer door to close automatically. There is a slight alignment issue that causes the freezer door to have a detent in its smooth open/close swing. This keeps the door from closing automatically, no matter how high I adjust the front legs. -The two front legs are adjustable for height, but they don't go high enough and the right one is positioned right next to a roller, so it's much more difficult to turn with the wrench than the other front leg. -This last thing upsets me. We have an old home. The doorways are tight, so I MADE ABSOLUTE SURE we had enough room to get this fridge into our kitchen with the fridge doors removed as well as my living room door removed. I even discussed this potential issue with the salesperson. She assured me it would fit. I must have checked and rechecked the measurements 10 times, 10 different ways just to be certain. So, the delivery guys show up exactly when they're supposed to. The head guy comes in to my home via the same path I planned the fridge to come through. He immediately says "it won't fit". I said "you're kidding, why?". He said "the nipple for the ice maker's water inlet sticks out an extra inch in the back and it won't clear the doorway... they don't tell ya that in the dimensions". I said "how can that be?". Well he was right, so I spent the next 15 minutes removing doors and clearing a much longer pathway to the kitchen through our porch. IMPORTANT TIP; REMEMBER TO ALLOW FOR ONE ADDITIONAL INCH OF CLEARANCE (FRONT TO BACK) NOT SHOWN ON THE LG DIMENSION SPEC CHART FOR THIS REFRIGERATOR. Even with these small negatives I've mentioned, I think this LG refrigerator will become an old friend very soon. It's the sexiest appliance we own. I will plumb it for the ice maker in the following months and keep this review updated (if it lets me edit it). CONSIDER THIS FRIDGE!

Great simple fridge. Black stainless finish deters finger prints. Looks cleaner than stainless. Only drawback is that freezer door doesn't close with a simple push shut. It closes most of the way, then swings back open.

Loving the new fridge a little bit smaller on the outside more room on the inside. My first new fridge in 25 years.
