The first refrigerator I got had 3 dents in it. I like the frig besides that. I had a new one delivered and they didn't even check to see if the water worked. It made all kinds of noises. I called Best Buy 800 number and I was on hold for over an hour. They said they could send a repair man in 2 weeks. Really! My husband tried the water later on and it quit making noises. I got up in the middle of the night and checked it and it was working. I started the ice maker. The next morning I went to dump the ice and there was a screw in one of the ice cubes. I pray the frig keeps working. The shelves aren't spill proof like my old frig. They don't make them like they used to.

It's a great product and the price is perfect. we just Love the showcase thing, it's very convenient to grab when you are in hurry.

Exactly what we wanted. Other big box stores we looked into purchasing an LG Fridge were back ordered for months. We had our fridge in 2 weeks. We have come to Love LG products. We did a makeover in our kitchen with all LG appliances. Very Very Happy with Best Buy and the staff. Will always go here first for appliances.

Definitively, Best Buy have the best offers in town. We visit multiple stores looking for a refrigerator. We found the best deal at Best Buy! The customer service was superb.

I like this item because it is so cute and comfortable. it is very easy to take the ice cube and water outside the door. the freeze very good and the shelves is good.

Have it for two years now, the door feature is amazing that you can use both side of it. Haven't had any issues.

Its been 1 month we have this refrigerator and never had any problem. Overall performance is good and we are satisfied with its performance...

I purchased this refrigerator on 7/17/2020 Not even a year old and the refrigerator has a bad compressor I have been with out a refrigerator since July it now September and the repair guy said LG down not have a replacement available until a month and a half more until October I've had many LG appliance but they really have gone down the drain

Was sold on the idea of drink door access. This has proven in a week to be a great feature. Absolutely love this refrigerator and wouldn't change a thing!

We order this product in August got it in November due to the lock down. The refrigerator beautiful we love it, the only thing bad is its linking already. So not sure if they rushed them to get them out. I'll be calling best buy or LG to get it fixed. I shop at best buy all the time and I'm happy most of the time Thanks for your continued support to reach your customer

DO NOT BUY THIS LG REFRIGERATOR!!! I purchased this LG refrigerator in late October 2021 and it worked perfectly until late February 2022 [4 months]. Woke up one morning to a puddle of water in front of the frig. The freezer side had completely failed and the ice in ice maker had melted. Over the course of the next few days the refrigerator side slowly failed. This frig wasn’t cheap and is now a terrible investment. LG customer service is a pain to work with because you have to submit a complaint on their website first. After over two weeks of setting a case number they scheduled service with A&E. The first attempt concluded that the motherboard had gone out and it must be ordered. It was shipped to my home and the second service attempt was to install the motherboard. After 24+ hours the refrigerator side has yet to get to the requested temperature and the freezer side has yet to freeze a glass of water [photo below]. I now have to schedule a new work order with LG to get A&E out for a third time to issue a recall. I want a full replacement or total refund on this terrible purchase. It was highly rated but apparently it shouldn’t be. You don’t realize how much you need a refrigerator until you’ve been without one for over a month.
