Customer Ratings & Reviews

It is a handsome refrigerator freezer and has quite a bit of room the freezer is still too small for our household but we're making it work, It's sturdy, we are not using the ice maker that's one reason I was drawn to this particular model I was disappointed that there was only one divider for the converter drawer I don't understand why there's four separation with only one divider, DISAPPOINTING they should have at least given you two. I still haven't figured out how to use the converter drawer for refrigerator and freezer at the same time, the manual book seems to be for more than one model which is confusing because it's even hard to find this model on YouTube, but yes I would recommend this refrigerator hoping that they will improve

Great refrigerator and freezer so happy with my purchase. Excellent help on the floor as well. Showed up to Sunnyvale Best Buy.

Love this fridge. Very roomy. Easy to stay organized. Large side door bins! No dirty handles or water dispenser drip plate. Not really fingerprint proof but beautiful finish.

The refrigerator overall works good, I would preferred that the ice maker function works a little faster. And sadly my refrigerator came with a few dents very disappointing on that side.

Purchased in November 2024. So far so good. Love the space and depth!

After delivery received a call to check on how delivery went. Told the caller that the little removal tray was missing. Caller verified address & said that the tray would be received within 10 days. To date have not received.

Did so much research to find the perfect fridge for us and I definitely believe this is it. I love the sleek look. With other fridges that do not have handles, you kind of have to bend a little bit to grab the bottom of the door to open it and it feels a little awkward but the bottom of the doors on this fridge is at the perfect height (at least for me). I also love that it is a standard depth fridge which gives us so much room. We had it delivered and the team was very detailed and fast.

Pros: Generous Capacity: At 29.6 cubic feet, this refrigerator offers ample space, making it a great choice for large families or those who love to cook and entertain. The storage options are versatile, accommodating a wide range of food and drink sizes. Full-Convert Drawer: The full-convert drawer is a great feature. It offers customizable temperature settings, perfect for storing a variety of items, from meat to party platters or even chilling drinks. Smart Features: This refrigerator is equipped with Wi-Fi and an app, which brings convenience to the kitchen. Its ability to monitor and adjust settings via a smartphone app is incredibly useful. I get a message when the door is left open, which, oddly enough, happens more than you would think! Sleek Design: The stainless steel finish gives the refrigerator a modern, elegant look that fits seamlessly into most kitchen decors. The French door design enhances access and adds a touch of sophistication. We chose the option without door handles. Door Shelves: Because the water spigot is inside the door, there is usable room for the shelves on the left side. This was one of the attractions. I had to get used to accessing cold water by opening the door, but it's not that bad because it fills a cup pretty fast. It is also high enough for the Stanley cups we all use. Cons: Price: As one of the more premium models, the price tag can be steep, which might not fit everyone's budget. We bought ours on sale, so it wasn't as painful as it would be for almost $800 more (off-sale). Shelving level choices: For the money, I would like to raise or lower my shelves with at least one increment between what is available, so you're pretty much stuck with how it comes...because moving them around makes everything less convenient. For instance, though there is AMPLE room on the doors for large drinks, you may have something that requires a little more height to clear under a shelf. I am not able to stack certain containers on one another. ARE YOU LISTENING, LG? Due to the above reason, I would also add a retractable/adjustable shelf. To me, this causes a little bit of a compromise. Fingerprint Visibility: While the stainless steel is stylish, it does tend to show fingerprints and smudges, necessitating frequent cleaning to maintain its sleek appearance. Conclusion: The LG Standard-Depth MAX 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator is a high-performance appliance that combines style, space, and advanced technology. Its full-convert drawer and smart connectivity are impressive, providing flexibility and convenience. This refrigerator is an excellent investment for those looking for a robust, feature-packed fridge that can meet the demands of a busy kitchen. It is also ideal for tech-savvy users seeking to streamline their kitchen experience with smart appliances.

This fridge is spacious and works really well. I love the middle drawer which can be fridge or freezer. It’s very convenient. Ice maker and water dispenser are great. I like the inside water dispenser as it doesn’t take away from room on the door. I’m giving 4 stars bc it says it is finger print and smudge resistant and it is absolutely not. I am wiping fingerprints every day. If you have little ones, you may want to think about this. Since there are no handles, you have to touch somewhere to open the doors and you leave fingerprints every time.

I love this fridge! It looks great and is very well designed. The way its laid out makes organization and visibility easier leading to less time rooting around and less food waste. The adjustable temp middle drawer is super handy for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. I like having the water and ice on the inside instead of outside in the door because of the added storge space. If you need a new fridge you can't go wrong with this one!

Awesome sleek and lots of storage Temp control is finger tip with ice maker and filtered water

Very spacious and roomy. New to it but can’t believe the room to put things. Love the soft self closing doors. Haven’t really used the flex drawer but definitely like the extra drawer that can if need be converted to a freezer. The best part for use with toddlers is that the water dispenser is on the inside. The ice maker is good as well. Initially I was not sure about how comfortable it would be to open the doors from the bottom but it is a blessing as no dirty hand stains anywhere else. The door alarm has also been very handy for us. Overall a great investment on our part. Very quiet as well.

This refrigerator is great. Lots of space inside. Quite. The middle convertible drawer is practical and useful.

Here's a sample review: 5/5 Stars - A Game-Changing Fridge! I am absolutely blown away by this fridge! The moment it was delivered and installed, I knew I had made the right decision. Impressive Features This fridge is packed with innovative features that have taken my kitchen experience to Exceptional Performance This fridge has exceeded my expectations in every way: - Quiet operation: I barely even notice it's running. - Energy efficiency: My utility bills have decreased significantly. - Ample storage: Plenty of room for all my groceries and leftovers. Outstanding Value Considering the quality, features, and performance, I believe this fridge is an absolute steal. The price was very competitive, and I feel like I got an amazing deal at best buy.

We have only had our refrigerator a month or so but we have absolutely no complains. I love how clean it looks. The water dispenser being inside is so nice. The ice bin is big and the ice maker works great. Tons of space in the fridge and freezer. We love that the middle drawer can be temp controlled for certain items (deli, meat/seafood, chilled wine, or can become additional freezer space.)

This is my first adult purchase, and I think I made the right choice. The doors do close quietly, and the convertible drawer is great for storing ice cream and little frozen treats. I’ve never consumed so much water in one day, but the ice machine and water dispenser are keeping up with me! I was a little upset that the shelves on the doo don’t move, but after some bottle rearranging, it didn’t make a difference. I’m very happy with my new grown up toy.

Love the French doors. I really think you can store more and it’s easier to find brings. This is our second with French doors. I like the middle drawer for sandwich meat, etc. We have had too many problems with ice makers so we didn’t connect it and in fact added an additional ice tray because the one included is pretty small

large capacity. convertible middle tray is convenient and provides easy access to items. Water dispenser is inside which is both good and bad as the water dispenser takes less space, but you have to open fridge door to get water. Soft close doors are nice and help with door closing properly. Previous fridge would often not close all the way.

Excellent fridge. Everything is so cold. The auto closing doors prevent slamming. So much room. Great lighting. Freezer is spacious. No door handles - and we like it. Gives the whole unit a very clean look. Open from top or bottom of doors. Minimalistic. Highly recommend. LG finally fixed their compresser issues.

So far, so good. Please with sale price, capacity, design, and quality. Much more room and flexibility than my precious fridge. The stainless does mark, but whip off easily with a cloth. The interior water and ice supply feature also works much better for me.
