It's a great system, high end LG technology. Lots of capacity in a small space. It's on the quiet side and works fast. I appreciate it! Great service in sales and installation from Best Buy.

I really like stacking the washer and dryer. But getting full sized. It takes up less space. And then you font need those extra stands underneath to raise them up. Where this products beats everyone on full size stacking is the over all dimensions and bringing the control panel down to the center. I’m 6 feet tall abs even struggled with seeing the dryer buttons on my last unit. But this one is perfect for all heights. Great job LG. I’m normally a Samsung person so you have converted me with this product.

Easy to use and quiet, but super heavy so it's hard to install by ourselves

I really like this washer and dryer - large capacity, I can wash king size comforter with no issues. Good programs. I've had this for almost two years now and zero issues so far. My laundry room is pretty small so I appreciate the design, looks sleek and not very bulky.

New unit seems great. But I want to say how superb the delivery team of Jay and Jacob were! Professional, yet very friendly and helpful and also very careful and caring about my property. Answered any questions and honest. They both deserve a raise!!!!!

So far so good. Fast and quite easy to use. WiFi option not connecting for some reason.

I’m very happy so far with this wash tower. The washer seems to use much less water, calibrating the size of the load. The dryer dries very quickly. It has been easy to clean, it’s not too loud, and the control panel is easy to use. I haven’t yet tried the download function to add permanent press as an option. I still might do that though. The unit is a little bit deeper than my last one so it does not fit completely into the cupboard space I planned for. The venting in the back apparently needs more room than older units. So make sure to measure, adding the extra vent space (~5”). I have had six experiences with installation crews from Best Buy in the last few months. The installation crew for this unit was the only one I can’t give a stellar review to. They actually broke the vent when they pushed the unit back which caused the dryer not work. After a repair person visit, a new vent, and a couple hundred dollars, everything is working fine now. I recommend LG and specifically this washer dryer combo. It is living up to all I’ve read about it.

Good product but challenging UI. The product works great but you almost have to use the app with it. Most of the settings are pre programmed on the device and so you need the app to make changes. The app is easy to use but wish I could adjust more things on the device itself. That being said, it's very sleek. Very quiet and works great. Massive amount of room in there and very efficient with detergent.

Awesome washer and dryer that saves me space! I don’t know why I didn’t stack my old unit but this time around, I have no choice. This only works as a stacked unit but it’s worth it. The dryer does collect a lot of lint on the lip of the dryer and the washer does seem to collect water in the rubber lip. Other than that, it’s a great unit.

Very pleased with our new washer/dryer tower. LG did a great job with this one. As well as our LG stove and refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave. Tower is easy to use and fairly quick with laundry loads.

Wow! Fit perfectly in my limited space laundry area. Very quiet set. Can't believe how much it holds!! I didn't want another front loader washer, but my niece recommended this model from personal experience and it did not disappoint! Definitely would recommend it !

We bought this for my mother who is 88 years old and 4'11" tall. This allows her to reach both sets of controls and the back of the dryer with out the danger of using a step stool. She is happy because this helps to extend her independence. We're happy because we don't worry about her doing laundry on a step stool. Win, win. The only draw back for us was the doors are not reversible. They open from the right side only and in our case this is a minor issue. quality seems good and it does a nice job. All in all, we're happy with the purchase.
