Have this sound bar and woofer attached to my 65" LG OLED TV.. It makes all the difference. Never realized how much an integrated Subwoofer could make raise your level of enjoyment when watching movies or sports. The clarity and crispness of sound is Perfect.

I review this after comparing the LG Atmos and Bose Soundtouch 300, which to me are the two best available in the market. The LG Atmos and Bose 300 has both great mid, vocal spatial realism and projection. Bose has a wider, and bigger vocal projection BUT LG has much more NATURAL and better mid and high frequency definition. On the subwoofer performance, both has great lows, but I think the Bose has a more extended subsonic boom effect (over) and but I think LGs low is more decently natural and non fatiguing. I was in involved in loudspeaker design and manufacturing for 30 years, and I think LG did create a great sound this time.

I first purchased a sound bar with subwoofer but without the capability to expand for true surround / room covering sound. After a couple weeks I returned the first sound bar I had purchased and researched for days until I decided to "pull the trigger" and buy this LG. It provides solid sound in a variety of modes and works well with the LG OLED TV it is paired to, as well as the Bluetooth function via Alexa Dot and by smart phone and iPad. Very pleased and looking forward to adding the rear speakers in the near future. The night feature and sub/bass/treble adjustment ability is an added feature. The remote however, is small and takes some getting used to.

This soundbar is top of the line but it is not for casual buyers. 1) it’s expensive. 2) it does require high quality inputs to maximize value and 3) it takes some time to set up. All worth it however if you are an enthusiast that loves high quality sound.

I purchased this LG soundbar/subwoofer with Dolby Atmos to go with my new LG 65 inch TV and I am so happy I did. Talk about a true theater experience! I purchased this product as a bundle package which saved me $300. Definitely worth the money!!!

I really enjoy the sound this sound bar puts out. Coming from a previous sound bar owner the quality seems excellent. As far as the surround sound I haven't found any good content to experience the feeling yet. But the bass is there for sure.

Unbelievable sound quality even without Atmos Dolby the 5.1 is better than having 6 little speakers spread everywhere. The Atmos is a experience to the point where my wife and I have started looking for movies that have Atmos Dolby.

I bought this soundbar and subwoofer together with LG 65'' UHD TV. The setup of the soundbar and subwoofer is simple and quick. This is a high quality product and its value for money!

I picked up this sound bar when it was on a promotion with the LG OLED TV. I currently have it hooked with the TV with the optical out and I also have the Xbox One X connected through HDMI. The sound is fantastic, loud, and clear.

This soundbar is awesome! It gets very loud and doesn't distort. The Dolby atmos is seriously unreal. I enjoy this system more than any other sound system I've owned before.

I bought this along with my 55" OLED tv. I like it that it's a Atmos sound bar and I love the design especially with a upward facing speaker.....if installed in the right room....the sound is incredible.

I was not sure if i would like surround sound from a single speaker, but this soundbar made me a believer. Wish there were more atoms related content. subwoofer is small and wireless, but sounds amazing!

We really like having a sound bar system. Great sound and saved room from speakers being all over for the place. We get that theater sound feeling with just one speaker.

The LG SJ9 soundbar looks good and works well with the LG OLED 65 inch TV. Movies and shows in 5.1 Dolby sound very good. May not be as good as a full home theater system but works well. Make sure you hook it up with HDMI ARC in and out. Sound bar doesn't sound as good connected with optical cord.

I bought this for my lg tv. It was very easy to hook everything upand only took about 15 minutes. Would defiantly recommend this for anyone who likes theater sound.

This is by far the best sound bar for the money. Great sound, digital display, can control the bass, treble, sub, and many different sound options for different types of viewing such as movies, standard sound, etc.

Good soundbar mated to an LG OLED TV. The soundbar fits perfectly under the TV with out blocking the picture. The subwoofer gives added bass without being over bearing. My wife loves it.

This sound bar has amazing sound. Is easy to set up and use. No need to have speakers added or around the round. Different sound settings are great to adjust to what your using it for, movie, music etc.

I needed something to put out better sound then what any of the new TVs standard speakers can handle. LG had a special off money off with a purchase of a TV so took advantage of that and got this sound bar because it was Dolby Atmos ready. The day I had everything installed I turned on my computer and opened spotify to test it out for music. I'm still smiling. I never would have expected such quality and fullness of sound to come from just a sound bar and wireless subwoofer. Next I started playing various games on Xbox. Man I just couldn't believe it. Deep rich sounds that truly complimented the gaming experience. This is a pricier option but with the deal LG offered it was WELL worth every penny.

Our son has a Bose sound system and when he heard this one he was very impressed! Excellent sound and small enough to not be the point of focus in a room
