I liked this TV so much, I bought two of them (50-inch and 43-inch, 1 week apart)! I really appreciate the picture quality, for a variety of reasons: excellent motion control for a 60 hz television; solid color volume; perfectly adequate brightness for Standard Definition viewing. I won't comment on the HDR brightness, because that's simply a feature that none of the adults in my household really care about, or view on a regular basis. I also can't comment on the modern gaming performance, because we are not console gamers - I will say, however, that the Wii has never looked better. :-) The tuner works very well, LG WebOs is easy to navigate and very customizable, and the sound quality is decent in a small (150 sq. ft) room. A cheap sound bar is an easy addition, if you feel the need for more bass. The only real negative is the reflectivity of the screen - your ceiling lights WILL show up if you mount the TV high on the wall (like in our work-out room). All in all, this is a great TV for small rooms, especially if you primarily watch SDR content. Highly Recommend!

I definitely dig how this Lucky Star TV features are. Great sound and excellent quality on channel icons. The PlayStation input works well to.

This LG 50-inch TV was definitely a great purchase. The price was amazing for everything it comes with. The picture quality looks great, and all the features and apps are easy to access right at your fingertips. The functionality is smooth, and overall it’s been a great entertainment upgrade for my home. Highly recommend!

The tv was simple to set up and has good picture quality for the price. I enjoy the simplistic look of it in conjunction with my home theater setup. The only downside I have is where the hdmi ports are located is a bit inconvenient, but I made it work.

I’m really enjoying this TV. My only complaint is the pointer option. It acts a little squirrelly, so much so that I clicked on the wrong country code when initially setting up the TV. That mistake led to all sorts of confusion. Thankfully, you can still use the up/down/right/left to make a selection. That’s a very minor complaint. The picture is clear and bright. The audio is crisp, and the technical assistance was remarkable—a live person. It was a very wise purchase.

I’ve had the tv for 3 wks & we are very happy w/ the ease of navigating Apps & categories. Great picture quality that was easy to customize to the room & subject content. Had to adjust treble for clearer movie dialogues. Very happy with Best Buy price & the Gerk Squad ( for all my appliances).

Since I first bought an LG I swear by this brand for my TVs and they never disappoint. I wanted to upgrade from my 43 inch from around 2019 and this upgrade was beyond worth it. The colors look amazing and I nearly teared up watching some nature documentaries where it looked like the animals might as well be in my room. It has all the bells and whistles of a more premium tv without the price tag. And tho the blacks are not perfect blacks, it still looks deep and rich with no washed out look. I was going to go with the 82A but researching a little more, it looks like edge lit TVs don’t have as long a lifespan as direct lit so I went with this one. Needless to say my next tv will also be an LG. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an upgrade.

We were cutting the cable chord and needed to get a TV that had better internet connectivity and app compatibility. This is our principal TV. This one fit some of those characteristics. However, it wants to open to its own LG home screen and you can't change that. And it has very poor number and type of connections. I will need to spend another $150 to but an optical splitter, and optical converters to get the sound to the home theater system. My mistake for buying it. I should have plugged a Roku into the old TV. This TV does have a nicer picture. I recommend this product for someone who is willing to put up with the LG system and doesn't want to have much connectivity.

LG televisions continue to shine. Great picture, easy controls and quick set up. The picture quality in all platforms is as good or better than a tv I paid 6 times as much for a few years ago.

The LG - 50" Class 70A Series QNED AI 4K UHD is a fine machine - perfectly sized for our space. The colors and detail astonishing. Full marks both for quality and value.

If you are looking for a budget friendly 50" TV with free lg channels, this is a good choice. Lightweight. I installed a swivel stand as the leg supports that come with were too wide for the cabinet it sits on. Picture is good but you can make adjustments to the picture and to the sound bar (purchased with the TV). I'm not a young person but I managed to set up and navigate the LG settings, any apps and to go back and forth between cable and LG channels. If you just use the LG channels (because really, who wants to pay the cable company). There are like 800 channels but don't expect a cable-type selection. It's simpler to use just with LF channels but I still wanted cable. It's a smart TV so it comes pre loaded with all the TV apps (disney, prime netflix, you tube, sling etc). The LG sound bar was easy to set up. I also went into settings to just have the sound come out of the sound bar, not the TV. LG has an app for your phone (ThinQ) which I haven't used yet. Word to the wise for anyone buying a TV that uses internet....don't get the lowest speed internet. Also, another troubleshooting tip....... any issues loading upon start up...turn off the TV and unplug it. In essence, that will reboot the operating system!

Picture Quality amazing, clear, good color quality. and picture options. Sound is better than my last TV where I don't really need a soundbar, but of course I do have this setup in my bedroom on a wall mount. I just need to get used to the remote. If I press the wrong way it switches to the pointer and I'm not used to that.

Great picture quality for the price! Excellent with regard to the smoothness of action on the screen when watching sporting events. Very pleased. Purchased it for my RV as a replacement for the less than 1 year old off brand that it came with. The weight was right at 20lbs. which made it very suitable.
