Customer Ratings & Reviews

We've been very happy with our slightly older version of this dryer (so much so that visiting family bought the same), and when we recently moved, we decided to get the newer model. This dryer and it's paired washer are solid. The washer informs the dryer of the last load settings, so the dryer automatically suggests the proper cycle. They're connected to the internet via ThinQ so I get notifications on my phone when the load is complete. I love this feature as without it, I tend to forget I have laundry in progress until hours later.

Super duper quiet, extra efficient, easy to run & lovely to look at. Highly recommend!

LG makes exceptionally high quality and efficient appliances and this dryer is no different. It is easy to hook up and easy to use. It dries quickly and efficiently. The color is stunning. This dryer allows for multiple cycles but yet simple enough for anyone to operate.

Easy to use. Nice large capacity with many options.

I installed dryer myself, very simple. Very very quiet, loving this product.

Easy instal good washer so far. Just installed and ran the first load tonight quiet and efficient

Love this sleek LG dryer! It is incredibly easy to use, and its AI-dry feature is incredibly helpful for when you are unsure of which cycle to use. Definitely recommend for anyone seeking a new electric dryer with easy-to-use features. I also love the chime for when each cycle is done - it is very cheery and lighthearted.

After the first use a warning came up that my duct was 80% blocked! I’m so glad this feature is on the dryer! I wish the installers would have recommended cleaning the exhaust first. My first load I had to get use to the settings because my clothes were not completely dry! Love the quietness!

I love my LG washer and dryer set! Absolutely beautiful. I also love all the features and things you can do with the app. It is also connected to my Alexa echo dots. The washer and dryer both work very well, and I haven’t had any problems or anything. Initially getting them connected to my wifi took a little time, but it worked. And I’ve had them connected since day 1. I am a fan of the little jingles that play when the load is finished. 10/10 would recommend. Great quality and great aesthetics, fit perfectly into my new apartment’s laundry room [this was my first time having to purchase a washer and dryer of my own]. I will have these for several years to come!

LG dryer does not disappoint. It dries very fast. I love all the features! I originally ordered the GE set but changed my mind and went with LG. I'm happy that I did!

Good for the the price dryer. The smart features aren’t over the top, and it dries very well. I also love the large tub compared to the small frame.

We like our dryer, it can be operated from the phone app, dries quickly with no wrinkles. Totally recommend.

Best dryer out there! Smart, intuitive, good for small spaces. Beautiful design and color. Lots of options to choose from, amazing technology!

They look nice and they perform, notice a difference in softness and fluffiness in our towels specifically

Amazing drier! Beautiful design, extensive feature/functionality, and cleans great.

The AI mode takes some time to find the proper temperature to dry big items like bed sheets, but other than that it does a great job with any other mode you use. It does have a smell of something “burning” or overheating when you use it, but nothing to worry about, it didn’t damage our clothes. It is also compatible with one of the LG drying rack for shoes (not included). The LG App also works good.

Product is great. delivery was prompt and well done.

This dryer is very efficient and drys clothes in a short period of time thanks to the AI function.
