    it’s a beautiful appliance. purchased the washer too. best buy geek squad did a great job of delivering, unpacking and hooking up. they even hauled away my old washer and dryer. haven’t used the dryer much but i did dry a comforter in it and it worked great. quiet and no shaking like my old dryer used to. i’m very pleased with the purchase and would recommend this dryer to others.

    Like the washer i bought with this, very easy to use and im really happy with it. The ThinQ app is a nice little bonus. Only issue i have is the drum is large and its hard to get clothes out. I didnt buy the stand.

    The product is great. We had a horrible experience with the delivery and installation of the product and will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again! The 3rd party vendor is terrible...thank goodness Geek Squad eventually got involved and came and did our installation or our new washer and dryer would have sat in our kitchen for over a week!! Worst experience ever!

    We love the washer and the dryer both the same brand and model. The only issue I have is understanding the menus. For example, normal says it’s in Eco mode. It takes longer to dry and doesn’t heat up as well. So, I use the AI option or the towel option.

    I LOVE this dryer! It has all the cycles you could want and you can dowload any future ones. The display is large and clear with simple descriptions, all great for me since I'm legally blind and love when there is one less thing to struggle with. Or you can run everything from your phone. I've had no disappointments with this dryer, which I could go ahead and get, making my life easier, with Best Buy's no-intrest payments. Their installs are grest - no mess, efficient and friendly. So was the pre-order measurements! This is the dryer to get, hands down!!!

    Before getting this machine I highly recommend getting your dryer air duct cleaned because this machine would give an error code saying that the air duct is 80% to 100% full. After getting my dryer air duct cleaned the machine is working great. I especially love the Ai clean function and steam drying. I recommend this dryer over Samsung because our previous dryer was a MAYTAG (which I always recommend over SAMSUNG).
