I genuinely impressed with the LG C5 77". The screen is absolutely amazing, the picture looks stunning no matter what I’m watching. Colors pop, blacks look deep, and everything feels crisp and smooth. It’s one of those TVs where you immediately notice the upgrade the first time you turn it on. The software experience is also really solid. Menus feel responsive, apps load quickly, and it’s easy to jump between streaming services and inputs without any frustration. Setup was straightforward, and day-to-day use is just easy. One thing I didn’t expect to like as much as I do is the remote since there were some bad reviews. It feels good in the hand, it’s simple to use, and navigating the TV is quick, intuitive, and fun. I’m extremely satisfied with this TV. The 77-inch size is the perfect upgrade from my previous setup and finally feels immersive without being overwhelming. The picture quality is outstanding—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast, especially in movies watched at night. I also use this TV with a PS5 Pro, and the gaming experience is on a completely different level. I am absolutely loving the 77" LG C5 OLED. Moving from my older 75" 4K HDR LED TV to this, the difference was immediately noticeable. The picture quality is incredible—everything is remarkably sharp, the colors vibrant and punchy, and the dark tones and deep blacks are exactly what you want from a premium OLED. Beyond the spectacular screen, the performance is top-notch. The LG webOS is smooth and intuitive, and the TV is incredibly responsive. It boots up and shuts down almost instantly with absolutely zero lag, which is a massive upgrade over other TVs I’ve used that tend to stutter. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations. If you are on the fence about upgrading to an OLED, just do it. You won't regret it!

Incredible picture and color. This is the first truly high end TV I've ever bought and WOW does it not disappoint. I can't emphasize enough how amazingly bright, yet still very natural looking the colors on this TV are and the OS for all the smart features and streaming services is the most intuitive and easy to use that I've personally used and it's such a drastic upgrade over our old Vizio M class 65" TV that it replaced. Definitely pair it with a good quality soundbar as none of these TV's have good audio that gives their incredible picture justice.

The C5 is so nice. It’s not as pricey as the G series but it comes very close to reaching it. Regardless, it’s a very color rich tv with a lot of depth in the blacks and shadows. OLED is the only way.

Loving my LG - 77" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025) love the difference screen picture you can change it to. The sports picture is so bright ans the movie picture you can see all the details of the movie. It’s definitely something I would recommend if you want the best of a picture almost like setting in a theater and watching a movie on screen. You can see the sweat on a persons face and it’s amazing

Your house is not a showroom. The G5 (to say nothing of the upcoming C6/G6) is a better TV than this. Who cares? You'll never see them side-by-side ever again. There's a reason why the C5 made so many "best TV for most people" lists. This thing offers plenty of nits for my living room -- even without full light control; my living room is perhaps slightly better than average in this regard. Subtitles are retina-searingly bright white. I just don't think you'll have an issue with brightness/reflections. If you can get a good deal, just do it. Buy it. Yes, MicroLED and future OLEDs might be better. So what? Just do it. I waited 6 years and, if anything, I wish I'd bought sooner. No regrets about this purchase and I just don't think that'll change. Also got a REALLY good deal (50ish% off). Dolby Vision, SUPER responsive entertainment apps -- this thing flies. Doesn't matter if it's Plex, Disney+, Netflix, Paramount+...it just flies. Not using built-in audio, so I can't tell you if it's good.

I absolutely love this tv. We had the 65” C2 and I wondered if I would notice a difference and I definitely do. This TV punches brighter and hits 144hz gaming which I utilize on my PC. Everything I put on this is beautiful. I love OLED because of its picture quality and it is plenty bright for me. In a dark room it is actually too bright. When it’s light outside, I have no problems seeing the image. It is a big glass mirror so looking at an angle, I see our Christmas tree. Perfect for gaming and movie watching! If you can afford it, I highly recommend this tv.

I upgraded to the 77” C5 from the OG 65” C1 model. Movies and games are phenomenal on it. I always get praise by guests for the quality of the screen. OLED is King!

This tv has lived up to my expectations and more! Size is perfect for our large wall and picture quality is excellent. It is worth the investment if you love entertainment. It makes watching very enjoyable.

I really love this tv ! It has such a clear picture even when the shades are open in the living room. We get lots of natural light and it doesn’t effect the tv at all. When watching tv at night in the dark the black is crisp. Before when watching a movie on my old tv if the scene was dark you couldn’t see what was going on at all. That is not the case anymore! I’m going to get one for my bedroom next.

Like every YouTube reviewer, I will attest that this is a beautiful picture, has great sound, is lightweight, and easy to setup. Just do all your preparation: Make sure you have good wifi coverage where you want to place it, plenty of space to unbox it, and a helper to work with. Watch several YouTube videos for help with settings and features, it helps a lot.

Good picture quality sound and brightness. Little to no glare

An awesome TV! Great for our mostly dark room. The colors and fine detail are amazing. It did take a little bit of trial and error to get a nice sound output with our soundbar. The "Magic" remote is fairly intuitive. We're now getting used to the Home menus, not as clean as our last smart TV. For being such a large TV, it takes up less total space on the stand than our last smaller TV. The LG channels are good enough.

The new C5 is an absolutely stunning TV. It produces a bright and vibrant image, and I am very pleased that I chose the C5 over the C4. The picture quality is noticeably brighter, and in my living room, which has two large windows, this TV delivers an amazing image without any issues. On a side note, I use a Sonos Arc paired with two Sonos Era 300 and two Sonos Subs for audio, so I can't tell you how well the built-in audio sounds. Sorry But I highly recommend this TV to anyone in the market for the best OLED.

Great picture, if you see an issue with the image if you know what you're doing you can adjust it in the settings. The settings get extremely detailed, which is good if you want to home in the picture as perfect as you want. They also have a setting where you can pick the image in pictures for people who don't understand what they're changing in the settings. Only thing when you get a TV bigger than 65in when you're watching cable TV the best resolution you will be getting is 1080i or 720p. And when that happens you see problems with the image, that is not due to the TV it is due to the compressed resolution coming from your cable company. It's not very noticeable in smaller TVs but when you have a large TV you will notice the imperfections in your cable signal, and 720p on a large TV looks soft. But as I said earlier this has nothing to do with the quality of the TV. When you put 4K content on, and when Dolby Vision takes over the picture is flawless. I play x box 4k at 120 no blur everything perfect. Thought it was cool if I hit the settings button when the Xbox is on it will display my frames per second, and millisecond response at the bottom of the screen. Also like the hardback they put on this TV. You can push it against the wall without the TV bending. I have the LG 65-in C9 and it does not have a solid back like this. The Magic Remote has changed from the older LG Smart TVs, smaller and they took the number buttons away. I used that remote for my cable box as well so the buttons were nice, however you press a button and the numbers will pop up on the screen you can get to it that way. Thought it was weird at first but doesn't really seem to be an issue as time goes on. All in all great TV definitely recommend to anybody, only issue is that cable signal from the cable company, make sure you have the proper distance to sit from a large screen or you will definitely notice the imperfections in that cable signal.

Easy to unbox and prep for installation on mount. Lightweight and simple to maneuver with two people. Setup was easy and connection to WiFi has been fluid. Display is amazing and sound is good.
