I’ve been using the LG 9.0 Cu. Ft. Stackable Smart Gas Dryer for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The large capacity is perfect for handling bulky loads like comforters and towels, and it dries clothes quickly and evenly every time. I also love the smart capabilities. Found this beauty at an amazing price at the Best Buy outlet. LOVE the decision to convert to a gas dryer. Dries fast and efficiently. Steam function is great. Capacity is huge! Great for a family.

This dryer is one of the best dryers I have ever purchased in my life. The fact that I can dry my king size comforter in this machine and it comes out perfect. Every time is amazing. I also really love the steam function on this, and I love that it will tell you that your cycle has finished

I like it that it can handle large loads and even California king bedspread. The power button though is very sensitive, with just movements it can turn on and off the machine.

We’ve had our washer for less than a month but so far I’ve noticed that it’s the perfect size, easy to use, and it’s not to loud.

We ordered both dryer and washer of this model plus the stands at the end of November 2023 and received all on March 19th 2024. Supply chain disruption issue? Once delivered, our 13 yo washer & dryer were taken out and the new units installed without an issue. The manuals included have been helpful to choose what setting to choose. We wish there was a “set your setting option” but after much use we have learned to not to put off by the title of the setting to apply to what clothes washed or to be dried. The tub capacity of each has met our expectations. Plus, a good looking set. Highly recommended!

Huge capacity dryer with all the typical bells and whistles in this price range. Size does matter... particularly when drying king size bedding. And it's stackable with the matching washer.

Great machine so far it gets the job done. I just pot a Cal King conforter and it washes it with ease.

Door was damaged, No original packaging, manuals, or accessories. Customer service is atrocious and won't work with me.

So far so good. We LOVE the huge 9 cu ft capacity of this dryer. It handles a king size comforter/bedding with ease. We’ve not tried any of the steam functions yet. It has a bunch of pre set cycles, plus the option of downloading one additional cycle of your choosing. The clam shell lint filter design is unique, and we anticipate there will never be stray lint that manages to get onto the edge of the filter slot or into the duct. We’ve never had a “fancy” WiFi appliance, and didn’t think we needed one, but I’ll confess having the app notification when the cycle is done and reminders to clean lent filter every 10 cycles is handy because our unit is in the basement. Best Buy’s 60 day price match guarantee saved us another $50 as it went on sale cheaper shortly after we purchased it. (We also used price match to save $200 more on a recent refrigerator purchase). So keep your eyes peeled for Best Buy price drops, or competitors with a lower price, on the exact same model. We opted to add the 5 year extended warranty because it was a very reasonable price compared to what repairs could potentially cost down the road.

Excellent dryer. Steam features work well. I don't have it set up with wifi because I like to keep my laundry simple. Very quiet. Look great. Lint filter keeps lint tidy. Highly recommend. Added pedestal.

Does an excellent job of drying without damaging fabrics, and the app is handy for receiving notifications when loads are finished. Like it's companion washing machine, I only have two gripes with the machine itself. One is that many of the cycles are only available through the app. The other is that the door feels kind of flimsy, and I'm concerned about future breakage. We'll see though. Ask me about the delivery process from Best Buy though. Absolutely horrible. Delays, broken website with misleading information, an installation contractor with a vehicle not large enough to haul away both the old washer and dryer at the same time (which required a separate visit, and a bunch of bad communication). As I said in my review of the washer, I'll never buy another major appliance through Best Buy that I can't transport and install myself.

The only thing I don't like about this dryer is the door is really low and it is hard for me to bend down to get everything out. but it drys fast and I like the steamer feature.

LG Dryer first think I like big capacity plus I also like how quite working with you can track all data in your phone even with energy use show inside the phone. also motor vibration is nothing I had setup on my second floor, but I don't hear any noise on my main floor.

I wanted a dryer that was totally stainless steel inside, which is hard to find. Most have stainless steel drums with the back of the inside being baked enamel. This dryer is HUGE! I love all the different cycle choices and its WiFi enabled so it will send alerts to your cell through their app when the load is done, maintenance reminders, general and electricity usage. I’ve had this dryer for a little over a month and love it! Because it’s in my basement, I don’t use it as a stackable, so I use the entire top of the dryer to fold clothes on when removing from the dryer and it’s a large area.

Great product. Huge capacity. And does a great job getting clothes dry quickly. Note the hookups in the back. I had to make a few exta trips to get the water and gas hoses to complete install
