Prior to this TV I had a LG CX 77" oled in my living room. I decided to pull the trigger on th is 98". The difference in size alone is staggering. First, make sure you have at least three people to hang this TV. If it's going to be on the wall or get the professional installation. I did this with myself and my brother and it was very difficult to hang it because the TV is very heavy. The one thing I was concerned about with the TV is that I would not get the same black levels that I do with the OLED. Boy, I was flat out mistaken. You really have to pixel peep to find the light bleed in this TV. The blacks are deep and dark. The light bleed is very very minimal. 99% of the people getting this TV won't even notice it. The TV is insanely bright and insanely sharp. The picture quality is flat out better than my old OLED. And the main reason for this is because how bright it gets compared to the OLED and the AI sharpening of the picture is just light years ahead of my old TV.

To be honest, I was originally going for the Samsung 98 but couldn’t find one in Florida. I spoke in depth with my sales rep at Best Buy who swore this LG tv was phenomenal. He was right. Once installed and hooked up to my Sonos Arc Ultra system it’s literally a movie theatre. The picture is amazing! Colors are bright, lots of pop, and the blacks are consistent with depth. I could look at the YouTube 4k channels all day long if it weren’t for wanting to catch my regular cache of movies and shows on Netflix, Apple, Amazon Prime and others. The magic remote seems fairly simple but we have been using the Xumo instead. I think I prefer the LG remote. Th Sonos Arc system makes this TV come alive though so make sure you have a good sound system for this bad boy. I can’t wait for fall football and this year’s Masters. You will NOT be disappointed should you choose this awesome television! Thank you Best Buy for the heads up on this TV and for the price discount to boot! I’m loving this in my living room!!

I chose this LG tv because it meets all my needs for my theater. I enjoy watching movies and sports like basketball, baseball and football. I do value good quality tv’s with good picture. There TV’s cheaper than this one, however I would be sacrificing quality. There were tv’s much more expensive but then I would be sacrificing paying a lot more money for it. I enjoy tv’s with crisp picture and realistic colors. This is the reason why I did not go with samsung. Samsung tv colors are verh vibrant and in many cases not accurate. I think this tv fit a very happy medium for me. Geek Squad in Killeen Texas did a great job with delivery and installation. Thank you Geek Squad Agent Antonio!

I will be reaching out to headquarters tomorrow. Now is the 5th time the geek squad has not showed up to hang my tv. Delivery guys left the tv in middle of my room. Best Buy will hear from us tomorrow, this is not the way to treat your customers, we purchase many products items from you. Unprofessional incompetence and lack of customer service. Shame on you.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this 98” TV from Best Buy deserves ALL the praise. From the moment it was delivered and installed, it has completely transformed our living space into a cinematic experience. The crisp 4K resolution is stunning! The vibrant colors make every movie, and game feel larger than ever. The size alone is breathtaking. Whether you're watching the latest stream or a Sunday football game, the experience is unmatched. The sound (even without a soundbar) is surprisingly awesome. Best Buy’s delivery and installation service was seamless and professional. They even walked me through the settings and made sure it was perfectly calibrated. If you’re on the fence, let me say this: go big then go home! You won’t regret it. This TV is an absolute showstopper and worth every penny.

We had and 86" TV on the wall. Our room is gigantic and this TV looked small. We decided to size up and the 98" LC 89 Series QNED is what we decided to get. It is really big. (Still looks small on the wall, but that's how it is.) We definitely recommend a professional to hang it, it's a beast. Be aware of the bolt pattern on the back, it takes a really big bracket as we wanted a flush mount - not tilt or full motion. The picture is beautiful!

Lg is a staple in our home. During covid me and my wife bought a competitor brand and where highly disappointed so we switched to Lg. The quality they put into all there Tv's is far superior to the rest. The Picture is absolutely beautiful!!!

The screen is massive and image quality quite good. Deep blacks. Blue light blocking. But the interface for the settings is overly complicated and the remote control mouse is just absurd. Not helpful.

We are still working on getting the perfect picture out of the tv. The reds are too bright for our liking. The picture is clear and crisp though. The Geek Squad helped to mount the tv and hook up our surround sound. They did a fantastic job!

Love Lg Products, the quantity they put into there Tvs is far superior to other brands. The Picture quality is great!!!

I had to have it installed before my in-laws came in for the weekend for my son graduation at UTSA. Your salesmen figured out how we can have it at our house and when the techs could be there to install it. Your techs installed it and it looks great, works excellent.

tv has a nice picture easy to navigate and setup I am not tv guru or wiz the only problem I have had is the audio will turn off when I am watching Netflix but if I go to regular channels, it will come back on has a vast choice of free channels I am happy with my purchase
