The best purchase ever! We have been eyeing this for almost a year and snatched it up when it was being sold at a deal!! My husband is super happy. We set this up in the bedroom and stopped using the tv in our living room. Pick up was seamless as all the staff were super friendly and professional.

We choose this UST projector because it can project 120 in size only at 8in from the wall (or screen). Picture is very sharp. Downside is very limited apps for "smart projector" mainly Netflix, YouTube, prime, and apple tv. Even YouTube tv and HBO max is not available. My Simple solution is add $50 4k Chrome cast. But rather disappointing for projector this price. Definitely they can spare extra $30 to $50 to have built in Chromecast or Google tv

I purchased this product for a rear projection screen in my home theatre. On a projector screen, the image is fine, but I was not wowed as I thought I would be. The problem are the blacks. Anything black is going to look like a dark grey on the screen, no matter how much you adjust brightness and contrast. When you compare the quality of blacks from your iPhone to the image on the screen, you will be little disappointed and want more. You learn to live with it though. Out of the box, the accuracy of the colors on the standard features are not very good. You have to adjust the picture to get a satisfactory image on a screen. On a plain white wall, it may be better, I don't know. That said, there are an unbelievable amount of options to improve the image on the screen. Unless you are a pro, it will be very time consuming and very difficult for figure out how to best use, these options, however. It's taken me two months to figure out these options and how they affect the image on the screen. Out of the box, the whites are so bright that they bleed into the colors making them look faded out. This may be a feature with the screen, though. Adjusting the white signal does reduce the problem to a minimum and the colors become vivid and bright. On a light rejection, rear projection screen, you can definitely watch with the lights on. Bright sunlight-- not so much. The Magic remote is really cool. You can move the cursor on the screen just by aiming the remote. If you don't have enough space for a ceiling mounted projector, or if it is as impractical as it was in my home theatre, I would recommend this projector, overall. I have only compared this model to an LGHU85. It is a vast (but also more expensive) improvement. It's not perfect, but I guess I'm happy-- but not wowed.

Absolutely incredible projector, if you are considering on purchasing this projector, it is 100% worth the purchase price. 10/10 picture quality, very easy to setup. I also highly recommend getting an in home consulatation and purchasing the Mangolia installation, they did an incredible job on everything.

This projector is amazing! Having the ability to watch tv while window shades are open and lights on is not something I thought I’d ever be able to do. This projector changed that. I love that Netflix and other streaming apps are built into it. It is a bit wider than I was thinking it would be so just be aware that it’s big!

Ultimate 4K Experience

LG's latest and greatest Ultra Short Throw Projector (model HU915QE) is no joke. This projector has been a joy to use and I believe is the best of the best in the projector world at this time time of writing my review (4Q 2022). I usually do not give high marks to a product as there is no perfect TV or projector out there, however this one is very close to perfection in my opinion. First of all, it is a pricey projector however the price is justified by premium features and outstanding image reproduction. A number of years ago this projector would cost three times as much it currently costs. The design of this looker is very modernistic and will fit well in every home theater room or your living/TV room without "offending" any décor. You won't need to figure out how to mount it on your ceiling, this projector simply sits next to your wall or a projector screen and performs flawlessly. I am telling you, the future buyer, the experience will take your breath away. Having a 4K Ultra High Definition displayed on a 120" screen does not compare to anything on the market. Watching a movie is a totally new experience and it is all done at a convenience of your home environment. This is a 2nd Generation 3-Channel Laser incorporated in this projector, it offers offers a separate light source for red, green, and blue, producing a vivid picture with 30% brighter color expression than the predecessor. With its 3700 ANSI Lumens Brightness power, this LG simply shines. I really like its luminous bright colors and deep blacks and its Adaptive Contrast ensures all scenes are crisp and vivid. This LG has WebOS 6.0 that runs all of its settings and a plethora of Apps seamlessly. If you ever owned an LG TV, you will be pleasantly surprised by the familiar interface. Choosing the right setting or switching from App to App is smooth and flawless. Let's talk about its Audio capabilities, this projector is outfitted with a true theater 2.2 Ch 40W Sound, with four 10W speakers creating a surround-sound experience for total immersion. I have paired it with the high end speakers and my Dolby Atmos sound is truly an amazing addition to my setup. I am truly convinced that if more people experienced this projector, they would reconsider buying TVs as this beast replaces the biggest and "baddest" screen size and picture quality is by far one of the best. I cannot say it enough, but try this projector for yourself and prepare to be amazed!
