Newly purchased in March 2025. Loving it so far.
Great look. It really doesn't leave fingerprints.
Lots of storage space. Love the built-in icemaker in the door, instead of hanging in the upper left corner of the fridge. Allowing more storage space.
There is a second ice-maker in the freezer, which is great for parties when more ice is needed.
Only minor complaint is that there is only one "select" button on the in-door ice/water dispenser to switch from the ice and water dispenser. And that "select" button reads very small. People are always asking how to switch from ice to water. Would have preferred there to be touch buttons for each option.

The size, over 25 cubic inches is nice, as are the dual ice makers. The bins in the doors are larger, but the shelving space is reduced because of this. Also, the bins aren’t adjustable for fruits/ veggies and deli meats/ cheeses like our previous LG. The controls are on the inside, which means they’re not as likely to be inadvertently bumped by someone passing in front of it (like happened numerous times on our older model. All in all, a very nice refrigerator, but we haven’t had it long enough to verify the temperature accuracy.

Bought this LG counter depth refrigerator after having a terrible experience with a Samsung unit. The interior space of the LG is astounding, both in the refrigerator section and the freezer section. Way bigger than any other counter depth units we looked at. It is very quiet and we love that it has two ice makers. Also love the non-finger print stainless steel finish. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a very nice counter depth refrigerator!

I love this refrigerator SO much. I replaced a side-by-side with this fridge and it's a game changer. Perfect size, it works great, quiet (well, the ice is loud when it drops, but who cares about that). I had a small space to work with and refrigerators are so HUGE these days. I just love this one. My old fridge was busting at the seams and this one feels almost empty it is so roomy. Easy purchase, great delivery - on time. Great Buy at Best Buy!

Perfect for what I need…. Counter depth Is awesome, love the double door opening to a bright spacious area, sturdy all glass shelves, and spacious drawers. Love the freezer space with the extra ice bin.. Everything about the design of this refrige is great for a small family, you have to remember it’s counter depth so not deep but definitely designed to accommodate you!!! Love the double ice. Love the design for the water and ice dispenser!!!

Absolutely love this refrigerator! I can’t think of one negative, it’s spacious, the shelves can be adjusted, the ice production in the door and freezer! I still have storage on the door that has the ice and water dispenser and its counter depth. I have to say that it was also the best deal I found for all that it offered.

Fabulous amount of space and the ice was ready in a surprisingly short amount of time after installation. Additionally, we had a 14-hour power outage due to storms a week after installation. The unit only rose a couple of degrees over that span and no food was spoiled.

Finally bought a French-door fridge and overall pretty happy with the LG counter version. Love the large storage capacity for a counter-depth fridge, the sleek look and the double ice maker. There are just a few things that could be better. If the side of your fridge is against a wall/doorway like ours be aware that the doors are thick (4") and may interfere with being able to fully open the French doors. Our right door can only open to 90 degrees max but we make it work. While there is massive storage, we had to remove a shelf to make room for taller items. The left door is heavier than the right due to the ice maker and tends to slam loudly if you're not careful. And we haven't figured out how to disable/change the beeping when doors are kept open which can get annoying, especially when loading groceries. Overall we are liking this fridge despite the minor quirks.

This is a great refrigerator for the price. It’s the perfect size, has lots of storage, and produces a good amount of ice. Having filtered water on the door is awesome. I’ve had no issues with this unit and am happy with my purchase.

So far this is the best refrigerator I’ve had after returning multiple Samsung fridges due to lots of problems. The size of the LG fridge is very nice and also the capacity is good for a family of four. It’s very quiet, and the lighting inside is very nice. The freezer is big, and the drawers open and close smoothly. You can have dairy products on the door shelves due to the cooling system that makes everything cold. It’s fingerprints resistant and easy to clean. I love it so much, and I am enjoying it every time I open the fridge even when it’s beeping to close it as soon as I should. I like to mention that Best Buy employees were very helpful in finding the best fridge for me. Definitely recommend!!

I hardly take the time to write reviews (because I am not being paid to) but 1) given what a chore the research was, 2) how important a refrigerator is, and 3) what a great experience I had with the Geek Squad delivery and install, I figured I could give a shout out.
I was seeking a mid-size, reliable, QUIET and electronically-featureless (I figure they are just gimmicks that break or don't work as expected). Having previously purchased one that was much too loud and had to return, I went back to the drawing board.
This LG met all my criteria. I originally had a side-by-side and liked the layout, and so there's been some adjusting with the French door layout.
PROS: Quiet, simple, solid door action.
CONS: small freezer, insufficient tall item storage (having to lay many container types that previously stood), There aren't as many door shelves for sorting one's condiment jars, so organization isn't meeting my OCD standards. One drawer in the refrigerator runs the width of the space so you have to open both doors to access it. the two drawers mounted above that can be accessed by opening only one drawer.
The "It depends": while initially I thought I would appreciate the extra ice-making for hot summers when I need to fill a small cooler, the dual ice-maker is probably overkill, as it takes up otherwise usable storage space in the refrigerated section. I also have a sink-mounted water filter so I hardly use the dispenser on the refrigerator.
Overall, no regrets and would buy again, preferably without the dispenser apparatus (but doubt that is an available option).

This is the second time I have bought this same refrigerator. Once as a gift and once for myself. Also, Best Buy is the best way to go. Their customer service is FANTASTIC!! They coordinated the delivery date and allowed us to buy it weeks before delivery and to choose our date! It's nearly impossible to find that kind of service anywhere. This frig gives a ton of space compared to other counter depth options. And you can choose not to turn ice maker on so you can reclaim that extra ice space if you don't need or want a ton of ice.

We've owned this fridge for a couple months or so at this point, or close to that. I can't comment on long-term reliability yet, but I will say this much, this fridge feels pretty solid and well-built on the inside. The doors are a smidge lightweight but don't feel especially weak so that's fine, the finish is high quality too and doesn't attract smudges like our old GE did. The water/ice selector isn't quite as intuitive as you'd expect but it still works fine. Crisper drawer performance is pretty good, but where this fridge really excels is noise, especially considering the cooling capacity. It's dead silent unless the ice maker is doing its thing. I can't hear it, even sitting on the couch 10 feet away with the TV off and no one else home.

The refrigerator fits fine in the space I have. It works great so far. I had trouble initially getting the correct size and the worker sent to measure was no help. Finding a knowledgable salesperson was time consuming and I finally found the right size with the salesperson in Cedar Park.

I recently purchased an LG refrigerator, and it’s been an absolute game-changer in my kitchen! The sleek, modern design adds a stylish touch, and the stainless steel, which keeps it looking clean all the time.
The interior is super spacious, with adjustable shelves and plenty of room in the door compartments for drinks and condiments. The cooling is consistent, keeping my fruits, veggies, and dairy products fresh for much longer. The freezer is roomy and frost-free, which saves me the hassle of defrosting.
One of the standout features is how quiet it is—you barely notice it’s running. Plus, it’s energy-efficient, so I’ve noticed a slight drop in my electricity bill. The LED lighting inside is bright and makes it easy to find what I need, even at night.
Overall, the LG refrigerator has been a fantastic addition to my home. It’s reliable, efficient, and looks great. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality fridge!
Let me know if you want to add more specific features!

Overall the fridge as a product is great! Love the upgrade - lots of room, nice and bright. Can get some organizers and makes it even nicer. It does provide one side drawer to hold taller drink items like milk or juice cartons and can maybe hold three of them and some thinner items. I do think there should be a bit more room for them but can lay things horizontally. The filter is easy to access and for the three weeks I’ve had the fridge no issues have occurred. The lost star is from Best Buy and their service.
Will warm you to talk to the Best Buy representatives and get a real answer on if they can install or not based on copper or plastic lines. Every person from the store rep, to a customer service rep, to the survey guy, and the delivery guy all said something different.
We made it very clear we had an old copper line. Store rep said it’s fine they will send a contracted plumber, survey team comes and say cool we can do it, will replace it to stainless. Next day after the survey team comes, a customer service lady says hey we can’t do copper lines it will be canceled but your delivery driver will be able to install. Ok. Delivery comes and says hey there’s plastic we can’t touch that but copper we can do. We undo the plastic for them but the copper line doesn’t work. Ok. I have to call Best Buy to reschedule my canceled appt and the plumber team does show up and can install it. Honestly huge waste of time that could have been streamlined. I would say just be very clear with what they can do cause right now I still have no idea what Best Buy cares to do.

Good refrigerator, but redesign screwed up

This is the second LG counter depth french door refrigerator that we have had over the past four years (first was included in the sell of our previous house). Both included dual ice makers. The only issue we ever had with the first was with the secondary ice maker, It was the newly introduced Craft ice, and had some issues. Other than that, the refrigerator operated flawlessly.
Our new one is the redesigned version of our previous one, except we have a regular secondary ice maker. We'll use it as a backup since we've had issues with french door ice makers in the past (not these LG).
Pros: Even though it is a counter-depth, there is a lot of space. LG is very efficient in the design. The ice makers both work well. The water is slightly cold from the dispenser, which is very nice. Shelves on the right-hand door are somewhat adjustable, so one can configure the shelves to handle tall bottles (wine) on bottom shelve.
Cons: The redesign seems to have gone backwards. Most redesigning is done to enhance or add more features, or fix previous design flaws. This redesign seems to have taken away some previous conveniences. The dispenser selection is now one button that one has to tap multiple times to rotate between water, cubed ice or crushed ice. This is annoying since we now have to move to cubed ice, then hit the button twice to rotate back to water. Similarly, the other controls, e.g., temperature, ice maker settings, etc., are move to inside the refrigerator. Also, it seems one has to use the LG app in order to do most of the configurations. Another redesign change was to remove the collapsing shelf, i.e., the shelf that the front half slides back to allow tall containers to go in the main section.
Summary: Overall, we believe this will be of the same high quality as our earlier model LG. However, the redesign took away a lot of conveniences which we used. Sometimes a "cleaner look" removes too many good features.
