Great dryer choice!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently purchased this dryer and the matching stackable washer for installation in a laundry closet. Upon delivery, Best Buy advised they could not install as they would need a 5ft gas hose (BB only sells/installs up to 4ft) so I had to hire a couple of contractors for the installation. Keep in mind this was due to the fact the machines were going into a closet so if your set-up is different, it shouldn't affect you. That said, the machines work great and I'm very happy with my choice. Dryer is user friendly, performs well and is very quiet...this last making it ideal for a small space.

Only drawback, when I called the LG company (the number on the dryer), their associate said "yes, the old stand will fit in the new." Best Buy associate in the appliance area also said it will fit. So i didnt buy the stand because they are pricey. Once dryer was delivered... Old stand does NOT fit. Gotta buy a new one because apparently the fitments are not the same. Thanks for the wrong information LG and Best Buy associate.

It has a child lock setting which is key for parents. It does a great job and leaves clothing ready to wear and soft.
