While a very good looking sleek product the practicality is lost on us. We've had the unit for two months now and feel like it was a waste of money. Some clothing come out fresh while others, not so much. Everything needs to be ironed afterwards including pants, even though there's a specific spot to crease them. Overall this is a very expensive unit for what it does.

Does a good job at refreshing clothes and removing most wrinkles. Does NOT replace an iron, but will work in most cases and saves a lot of time. Saves tripes to dry cleaners as well.

This is a nice machine to keep your clothes wrinkle free and refreshed. It will not replace going to the cleaners but it is a nice alternative for delicate items.

It is simple to use and great for suits, other delicates and even pillows. The only think I would have liked to have was more "moving" hangers. All in it was and is worth the money.

For the cloths that you cant clean/wash often like silk blouse or wintrt coat, it is really a clever machine to keep it fresh. Also for dress shirts and pants that need to iron, this machine does decent job for you. Plus for the blankets and pillows, u can also sanitize too!

This product is exactly what I figured it would be.

This device is not to get confused with the cleaners. You will still need to take things to the cleaners. This device was design to help take wrinkles out (which it does). The pants have to be fitted correctly to get a nice crease. Read the directions as it will help you operate this device better. I like the fact that it takes regular water and does not need distilled water in any sense. It has the sanitary function which I can really appreciate as I have two little one that need some things cleaned that you cant just throw in the washer and dryer. I usually put my clothes I plan to wear the next day and let the styler refresh them over night. It has a very sleek design that I really like and is not bulky like the first models. Overall I gave the styler 4 stars only because it did come damaged, Best Buy has to send a new one and have to wait 4 week to get it.

We purchased the LG Styler along with a new LG washer and dryer. A week ago, we had the Styler delivered after waiting a month for it to arrive. The Best Buy contractor team delivered it during our window, but did not know how to install the appliance. In order to operate the device, it must be level and a drip try must be installed. The delivery team did not level the appliance, and did not install the drip tray. They essentially wanted to get in and get out. Now, we have a $2,000 appliance we can’t use because it has not been leveled and brought up off the ground in order for us to install the drip tray. I called the Geek Squad customer service line a few hours after it was installed (after I discovered the drip tray need in the owner’s manual, and they said they would escalate the problem and get back to me within 24/48 hours. It has been 7 days - still no call back. I’m sure this is a great appliance. I hope others will learn from this and make sure the installer levels the device and installs the drip tray. We have had good luck with Best Buy in the past, but will likely give another retailer our business for our next major purchase.
