Awful product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 3 major issues with this product. First being the earpieces are definitely bigger than previous versions of the product. This is just a personal preference and of course the buds are expected to be larger considering they are 100% wire free. I just don't like it myself. My next issue I have is that the sound quality cannot compare to my LG Tone Platinum headset that I had before these (Left earbud went a little faint, I am just getting a replacement for those at this point). I am not sure if the Harman Kardon branding of the Platinum headset has anything to do with it, my guess is yes. This new set does not have the branding which I assume translates into not having that tech inside. Definitely sub par sound. The deal breaker for me with these is that you only get to use the left earbud for phone calls. No choice here. Depending on what I am doing I may use only the left or only the right. In my office I will normally have only my right in because my door is to my left. The kicker is the price. I have accepted the cost of the product because my Platinum worked so well and had great quality. That cannot be said for the new set. There were some features I missed from my old Plantronics Voyager Legend such as voice recognition for answering and the like. LG seemed to finally get that going in the new set, but unfortunately everything else was such a let down I will happily go back to my Tone Platinum set.

Solid Tech, Good Audio
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are a nice new take on portable audio. Device pairing was simple, as usual with bluetooth, and the earbuds were already charged. After turning them on, a voice tells you the battery life remaining (mine was "high"). I then tested the audio quality, listening to a podcast and some music. Both were clear and of good quality. One thing I find most important with earbuds is how well they stay in your ears without falling out. These earbuds come with 2 sizes of ear-gels. The default size fit well for me (average size ears), and the 2nd set are slightly smaller. I could see this device being used by someone doing basic workouts, but nothing too vigorous. You would not want the neckband to be bouncing around and the earbuds could easily fall out if you are jumping or doing anything high impact. They would be great for walks or ellipticals. I love the design of the neckband. The earbuds snap in place very easily for charging. They can be charged straight from the band, or the band and buds can be charged at the same time with the use of a micro USB cable (included). Overall, I highly recommend this set of earphones. It's a reasonable price while having a great design and performance.

Good idea, horrible execution
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So to summarize, great idea but needs better execution. 1. Ear buds were hard to connect via Bluetooth 2. Ear buds were loose within ears and had to dig in ears just to get it to stay. 3. LOST THE LEFT EAR PIECE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL FOR IT TO WORK! There are 2 sides on the headset which you press to remove the ear buds. Put the headset in my bag and for some annoying reason the left ear bud was missing

Ok for what was available in this style headset.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG headset that I had before this one held a charge longer and I was able to turn the volume up higher than this one. Also the fact the the ear buds had a cord, made me feel comfortable with not losing the earbud.

I wanted to love these
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They are annoying after being in your ear all day, they make my ear itch. They fall out and don't always connect or stop my audio. The sound quality is too low and I found myself just wearing one at a time. My husband now is trying it out while we decide if we are returning it.

Not worth the hype
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The concept for the head phones is cool, but the microphone for the blue tooth is horrible and the volume on the music is to low for my taste.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very disappointed with these headphones. They were not loud enough even for music. Taking calls with them was close to impossible. I ended up returning them.

Going cordless has a downside.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's nice to be wire free, but they tend to fall out of your ears, then you have to find it if you don't catch it on the way down. I went out and got the wired version. Not recommended if you're running.

Don't like them
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They constantly pop out of your ears. You can never tell if the power is on or not. The battery doesn't last very long either.

It's ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works but people tend to have a hard time hearing me when I speak to them. I can hear everyone nice and clear. The microphone needs to be much better.

Grandson really likes it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was purchased for my grandson and was his choice. I worried about his losing the unattached ear pieces but so far this 15 year old has been responsible. He says he prefers it to the wired version it replaced. My concern is the earpieces working for more than two months. That was the reason for this new model to replace his last one.

Tone meh...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They have great sound but horrible microphone placement, you essentially have to yell to get people to hear you. Battery life is meh.

LG Tone free
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty cool and innovative design, however not too practical. Ear bud does not stay seated inside of ear at all. Continuously falls out or has to be readjusted not to fall out. Also, one of ear buds would not hold a charge for more then 15 minutes right out of the box.

Not for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buds didn’t fit my ears, could only answer using the left side of the ear piece. Good product, just not for me.

Great wireless headphone.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great concept. Afraid of losing a earpiece. Pros: Wireless and long battery life with charger built into the neck band. Cons: Only left earpiece work for answering calls and one must be careful to ensure that the earpiece is snapped in securely, otherwise, will lose.
