I am a fan of LG HBS series headsets. Wanted to upgrade to F100 because I liked the cord less design with ear pieces that get attached to neckband. But was upset when many complained that they couldn't hear me when I use this headset for phone calls. Good.... Nice design, with earpiece attached to neckband, good music quality. Bad.... Choppy phone calls, little difficulty in attaching earpiece in neckband after use.

Sound quality not good . Range worst. Bad battery life.

It is good for less hassle wires although stand by time for battery needs improvement

I was looking for a bluetooth to answer my calls and hear music, but I kept having problems with the left earbud, I had to reconnect it every call and sometimes it didn't even work. Also the earbuds where too big and not only hurt my ears but kept falling, So decided to return it and get the LG TONE ACTIVE, which has been great.

These are the worst headphones for the price. They aren't clear from the recipient's standpoint. One of the buds doesn't work if they both aren't in the ear. This makes is difficult because I like the flexibility to have just one ear bud to listen to my surroundings. Purchase a cheaper more reliable Bluetooth.

Truly wireless. I have used them for my daily commutes to work, walking around city and running on the tread mill. They fit well and have never come out

Like the concept and comfort,,fits well in ear,...

sound quality was ok, not the best. biggest issue is that the ear buds keep falling out of my ears. almost lost them 2-3 times so far and will be returning for a 'wired' product today

The feel and look is great. Unfortunately the unit itself is horrible. Every time I use it to talk on the other party can’t hear me. I can listen to music without issue. I wish I had listened to reviews. I give it thumbs down.

Not what I expected I bought this thinking that both earbuds would work when I'm on the phone only the left one does then 2 out of the 3 people I have talked to on this cant hear me at all plan to return it this weekend

I was pleasantly surprised to find out the ear buds were wireless. I wanted a set like my employers but these are more advanced than his.

No volume control, need an app to control everything on the headset (imagine going for a jog with this thing) Battery life is below average. Returned the item after a week.

The volume on this earphones is not like the other lg earphones but look great and they are so comfortable

Having had several of the LG headsets,they continue to improve. I'm still adjusting to these. I loved the idea of having the ear pieces separate, but I always feel like I'm going to lose one. They pop in and out so easily. I have dropped few times. They scare mean when I'm at the beach. I may decide to go back to the retractable ones. I also like wearing to bed but at least I can finger if I go to sleep. They are nice, just depends on your activity level.

I did not like these I don’t think was designed very well did not hold a charge well and wouldn’t stay in my ears !

Great product but sound is too low and connecting is not as simple as the other LG headphones

These wireless earbuds are an epic nice upgrade to my wired tone pros that I've been using for the last two years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do away with wires for workouts, commutes or just to have around the house. Just be sure to keep the neckband close by so you don't lose them :D

Both ear buds are not on when on a call, does not turn all the way off.

Other than the pairing difficulty for the right ear bud!!

Need to be cautious when inserting earpiece securely.
