I really like LG’s line of headsets. It fits my ears perfectly and has a good battery life. My only complaint is that the volume doesn’t go very high. Granted i tend to like my music very loud, so it might be perfect for another person

This headset is great for driving while listening to music or making calls. I wear this almost non-stop and the battery life excels my expectations. I can go all day, even into the evening before the battery gets to 50%. I recommend this headset for music over all other in ear headsets I have tried. The sound quality is crisp, clear and the bass is great! It also is good when mowing, it almost eliminates any outside noise while listening to music.

Rating 4.8 This is the only Bluetooth Wireless Headset that I have found to provide Excellent quality sound for both Music and Phone use combination. I previously had purchased an LG Harman/Kardon Platinum 4 years age. After trying other brands, I made a 2nd LG purchase due to it delivering the best combination sound for both Music & Phone conversations. The phone sound quality of the other brands I tested did not have the quality for both music & phone use: Beats (all Bass with terrible sound quality & phone noise interference) & 2 different Bose styles (which both had Pristine music quality, but delivered phone interference to the extent it was hard to carry on a phone conversation). I Love and have had Bose products that deliver the Best Music Quality, that I have had for years... And I would purchase Bose in a heartbeat (music beat).

I really like the quality and the sound. The reason that I did not give five stars is because the controls on the unit are A Little hard to Control with out looking at them when hanging around your neck. Very easy to use Bluetooth it links up easily.

Bought these to replace my LG Tone infinim that went out on me. For a bluetooth headset the sound is great. The battery lasts an entire work day for me. Microphone could be better but I wear this under my collar and my work van is noisy so that could be why sometimes people don't hear me clearly. Really comfortable and I hardly notice that I have them on. I am really happy with this headset but I hate how the tone and talk app is buggy and repeats old messages. I recommend buying the protection plan since my infinims broke after my manufacturers warranty expired.

These last a week or so between charges. Which is insane and crucial for headphones. Others I’ve had don’t last the day and it’s very annoying to be without them. ..so I love these. They stay on when on my motorcycle up to about 80mph (higher with helmet on). They have great sound though not a ton of bass. I have bought four pair of these and they last about a year so get the geek squad warranty as you will use it.

These Bluetooth headphones from LG are probably the best ones they have made to date. The battery lasts very long and best of all the head buds are retractable as well as carry nice amount of Base and very clear sound. Also you can use these headphones hands-free to make phone calls as well as text messages I highly recommend these to anybody looking for a good set of headphones

I have a drawer filled with former 'favorite' wireless headsets, which means none of them totally lived up to the hype. This headset has surpassed every expectation. I use a headset for at least 8 hours / day in my job, and this one checks ALL of my boxes. The battery life is unparalleled- I have NEVER had it register below 'medium', and have never experienced it totally discharged. The sound is high quality (I have asked callers), and is a terrific headset for listening to music and news programs. It is an effective phone headset as well. Finally, it is SO comfortable, I have often arrived at the tennis courts and am in the middle of a warm-up when I realize I have simply been wearing the thing with no sensation of having it on at all. The slim wires that deploy might be off-putting to you, but I have had no issues in the 7 months I have owned it. I highly recommend this product! I recommend buying the protection plan- a no-questions-asked return guarantee.

The sound is surprisingly good. I initially purchased the wireless beats, then decided to check these out. I was both surprised & very impressed with the sound. Also, I really like the convienence of the fit. Very satisfied customer.

You will like them to get a pair, the stay on my neck and you can hear really clear they answer your call and make calls for you as well. They or light as well sometimes I forget I have them on. Go ahead try some you like them.

I use these headphones all the time with my iPad and iPhone. They were so easy to set up. They pair instantly when I turn them on. Battery life has been much longer than expected. I got over 8 hours on an international flight. I don't do rigorous workouts, but I do use them for walking and they are very comfortable.

Returned the Bose and bought these instead. The sound was inferior to Bose, but I really preferred the way these fit around my neck. By the way, I did end up buying the Bose QuietComfort 35 for those times when I want great sound and noise canceling. Of course, the LG headset is more practical to wear when driving, working, etc...those instances when you still need to hear ambient sounds.

Received as gift. Pros: easy to keep track of, loud, connect easily. Cons: hard to wear with multiple layers of clothing. Distance from device. Overall: great headset for price and work well for what I use them for

These tone platinum are convenient, comfortable, and the sound is wonderful. The retractable feature has worked great and one of the things I really like about them. The buds fit tightly in my ears and do not fall out. When using them to talk on the phone the sound quality, listening and talking, is great. Got a pair for my dad because I liked them so much.

I purchased this item for a friend's Christmas present. I was surprised to see that the button placement moved from the headset I had purchased a year earlier. It's not as easy as the older model, but overall, LG does not disappoint. The product comes with multiple bud sizes and charges very quickly. It's a great addition if you have the iPhone 7 and pairing is super fast. The quality of the harman/kardon speakers is fabulous. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the phone and fast forward buttons are no longer on the front of the headset which was very easy to access. There is a small button on the side, so if you don't care about that, I would highly recommend LG!

I was wary of spending on blue tooth headphones since it would be useless if the rechargeable battery dies and hence held off for a long time. The offer of LG Tone Platinum for $99.99 (only the Gold color) was too tempting and jumped in. I bought the Samsung U Flex and LG Tone Platinum together and the LG has been better; pretty much expected due to the difference in price. Samsung U Flex retails at 79.99 and LG at 199.99 as regular price. The LG Tone Platinum looks and feel premium and the controls are easy to get used to; I love the controls for forward/backward and volume up/down and it feels super cool and intuitive. The retractable buds are good and I guess retracting the buds will keep them protected. Coming to the music it's been great and call quality is good as well. I usually listen to compressed music and has been amazed at the level of details the headphone can play; I can only imagine the level of details that will be on if the music is of higher quality. I am happy with the headphones and will use it for a very long time to come. The only question I have is whether the wire for the buds would come off with use; it feels very thin and only time can tell. I will update if at all the wires get off.
