Good product-weak knowledge

Contacted my son in law, mailed it to him in California, he reprogrammed it and sent it back. Worked great but I lost 2 weeks without wi-fi. Was I misled, I don't know but I have wi-fi now.

I chose the economy model this time

This is my fifth router over the last 12 years but it seems to happen just when it is important for me for my network . Spent another four days getting the tech's to get me back where I started this journey.
