I originally purchased the WRT1900ACS, but this one went on sale within a week so I returned it to upgrade to this one. I have had it for about a month now and have not had one problem with it yet (*knocks on wood*). I had some concerns initially about the rebooting issue that I'd read online but haven't had to reboot yet. The range has been great, too. I set it up in the downstairs corner (I know...not optimal) of a 2,800 sq ft house and I still get full bars in the far opposite corner upstairs. The internet could be a little faster (around 40 MBPS vs 100 MBPS from our ISP), but I cant complain due to the reliability.

We've had solid performance after 5 weeks of owning with a few dead spots in the house. The coverage is great when it in, but the dead spots have been a bit tough to figure out.

Had to purchase a new router after a water pipe burst in our house that destroyed our old one. I have always liked Linksys products and only strayed once. Never again; the other one didn't work right half the time and needed to be reset multiple times. This one took me a little bit to set up but it has been trouble-free since. I also cannot believe that I can use it in my garage and have a signal about 50 feet away especially since it is in our basement utility room.

best router I ever saw - always runs at or very near max possible bandwidth on my cable internet connection - even on wifi covering a whole square acre - I also use a second one as a wireless bridge about 300 feet away in another yard with lots of brush and small trees in between and that gets max bandwidth all over the yard to - on a wifi analyzer my signals dominate the whole area - and it can utilize several neighboring wifi channels at once - super easy to setup and use - just had to refer to their online support docs on how to set that bridge mode - couldn't be happier -

Although this router looks just like the ac 1900, it performs much better. This router is incredibly fast and reliable. It immediately took my wifi to higher speeds.

Easy to setup router, runs pretty fast. Parental controls only seem to work on Windows devices, can't seem to affect Chromebooks.

It has a good range and the speed is great. I have no issues streaming to many devices at the same time. Has a good phone app as well to get into the settings.

The installation was fast and easy. I stood by while my children read the instructions and set it up. Good speed, and love the two separate networks.

excellent router very fast on 5 iphones 2 ipads 3 laptops and 2 desktops was very easy to hook up even though im 60 also ps3 is waaaay better for online gaming

Bought this as a replacement for an older model that was beginning to have intermittent issues...to date, has performed as expected and has excellent range.

Went from and old Apple airport to this. Definitely improved the speed and no down time so far. Have not lost any connections. Setup was easy and quick.

I bought this to replace my 3 year old Asus N router, and WOW! This thing is lightning fast and the range is unbelievable. Can’t go wrong with this bad boy.

Purchased this on sale because my old wrt54 router wasn't doing the job anymore. I needed more wifi connections and this thing does the trick. with the 2.4GHz and 5GHz it has more than enough channels to connect anything you want. I have 5 TVs with amazon fire boxes connected and I can stream movies thru all of them at once and no lag or buffering on any of them. I have also loaded DD-WRT and setup IPvanish on it. This wasn't as easy since most of the instruction posted haven't been updated for the newer routers yet but it does work once you get all the settings figured out.

Reset many times and although this was the fast WiFi speed of over 200mbps I lost connection quite frequently. Did not call tech support because it should work out of the box. Reconnected my older stable AC1900.

No bad issues to report all positive. Very easy to setup very user friendly and awesome stability and speeds. We are constantly at 150mbps and over at times.

This router truly delivers as advertised. I have 300 meg in my home from Comcast and with the 5ghz I'm getting 285 meg through wifi even a floor away.

Fast, good distance, and I love the Linksys app. I can cut the kids off the Wifi if they are not being good from anywhere. Very happy

Look, this is an amazing router. I think everyone knows this. Great range, no dropped connections, etc. I think if you are reading reviews here you are probably trying to get a feel for how this router compares to competing routers like the NETGEAR Nighthawk X4S. As far as I know, these routers are quite comparable; however, I opted for the Linksys because I have heard a lot of horror stories about the customer service of Netgear. In my opinion, the last thing you want to do is deal with bad customer service in the unlikely event something goes wrong.

Easy to set up, easy to use. It has an app and is quite powerful. Have to wait for the open source community to catch up and write better software for power users.

I purchased this on sale and it immediately improved my speed and signal strength. It has a lot of functions I may never use but it is future prof.
