It was very easy to setup my self All my network devices run great With the grandkids and our devices total about 9 devices and PS4 online game runs smooth with no lag It's absolutely great

Bought it to use with Express VPN router software. Was easy to change the bios and use the router to protect all of my devices with vpn. (Recommended by Express VPN for this task)

I bought this router to replace my Netgear Nighthawk R7000, which was a defective piece. However, I would definitely say that this is a bit expensive with some extra features. The range on th 5Ghz network is good, but I lose connectivity sometimes on it. I feel a bit of a slowness on this router as compared to Netgear. I have not used any gaming devices or added a bunch of other devices on this network yet. But definitely works great overall.

Has great range and holds fast internet speeds which means no slow areas of your house.

Great upgrade to current router speed test results doubled and distance from router has not been an issue.

Bought it for the ability to flash with DD-WRT open source router firmware. Speed and coverage are great.

Purchased router to correct dropped internet problem which appeared to be related to older router. Set up was fairly easy although a web site connection appears to be helpful. Used to an iPad app and that seems simpler. Router has been fairly solid, dropped internet once or twice and seems slightly faster. Price on sale was reasonable. More complicated than an Airport Extreme but does have more features for customization if that's needed.

I typically install routers via a wired connection, but this time I simply used my phone and the setup was a breeze. I tested the connection speed from every corner of a 2800sq ft house and the connection was great all around (even on the 5GHz band). The router is big and flashy as it looks like a spaceship, so it may not blend as well in every space. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I've had this router 7 months. Up until the last month it has been great, in the last month however the connectivity to the internet keeps failing for all WiFi connections (not for wired connections). So begins my support saga. While Linksys support is supposed to be free for the first year, they will always try to get you to pay them. The fee is so they can connect and do the work faster by controlling your computer. The first person I was on the phone with seemed to get frustrated with me when I said no. So far they have reset my router to factory settings in the hopes that this will take care of what is clearly a hardware issue. So if you value your time and money don't buy this!

This is a great router, it has all of the advanced features you would expect from a product on this category, it also allows you to load open source firmware which is a plus for any geek out there. The router has great range and produces a very stable home network, setting up and upgrading the device was an easy and quite simple task. Its 4 powerful antennas makes it possible to obtain fast connectivity in most modern homes.

All the review said that this router is excellent... and it is ! Fast, simple... perfect for me
