This thing finally gave me the internet speeds I have been paying for and not getting. I had a cox modem router combo and went with this and a dedicated modem...get it

Hv had 3 of these routers and each a different issue... 1) Could not enter setup URL, even with Tech Support asst 2) Wifi mysteriously dropped out and could not reset... 3) 3rd times a charm? Though the 2nd router was the only router that would setup with URL site, this one had issues setting up but assisted by support and running... Keeping fingers crossed and eliminated network issues by moving modem/router to home theater to isolate issues... 4) Do not buy this "WRT" solely for the open source and headaches with instability and issues with smart TV's that are FINICKY with network. I will say that I like Linksys the way they're set up over the other guys forced warranty buying or inferior products...

What can I say different that others haven't said. Your wife will love you for easy setup (no complaining). However your neighbors will hate you for not allowing them to steal your internet

Gigabit Ethernet wired and I actually pull around 980mbs wired and about 450mbs wireless through multiple devices. Good price, easy setup, yet it has endless features. I've recommended this router to some less tech savvy friends and they managed to get timed internet control for their kids all setup without even asking me for help. So despite it's ability to dive really deep it's got an intuitive interface and has more capabilities than even significantly higher priced routers.

So far so good. I had a Netgear Nighthawk that died and bought this as a replacement. Good signal strength throughout my house and even in my basement I'm areas that were weak before.

I had an all in one router/modem, then a Google associate told me how easy it was to set up this modem. It was a breeze to set up and the quality and strength of the signal is awesome.

This helped increase my internet speed for gaming, streaming, and conference calls! Easy to install!!

In a home with multiple gaming systems, 3 kids, tablets, phones etc. this product provided us with the much needed boost necessary! Extremely satisfied overall with this product

I purchased this router to provide better coverage in my home. It is way better than the Spectrum router they had leased to me. It was very easy to set up and I have NO issues since installation.

I used this to replace my 2 year old Netgear and I am 100% satisfied. The setup was easy and the range is more than sufficient for my 3,000 sq ft home. I do not hesitate to recommend.

I have streamed movies on my 3 Amazon fire boxes 2 iPhones 2 tablets 1 iMac,Xbox and a Wii U No drop outs and the signal is always strong..This has got to be the best Router I ever had!

Very easy to setup. It is almost automated regarding configuration. It has many features and functions that make it an excellent performer. WiFi is excellent and very fast.

This router does really well managing multiple devices and has great connectivity throughout the house. Definitely worth the money and essentially for future proofing your network.

I purchased this WRT router because it is compatible with the most popular open-source firmware packages. I installed OpenWRT without trouble and I have no problems. The device functions as my the gateway device on my network, attaching directly to the cable modem on the upstream side. Since all traffic passes through it I wanted something with pretty good processing power. I think this thing did the trick. I also like the industrial styling with blue WRT accents. It is a handsome module.

Although this has a strong or should I say fast signal. It does not have the distance I expected. Also, it does not carry as many devices as I thought it would without snowing down others.

I specifically got this to install an open source firmware. was skeptical since belkin bought linksys but this router works very well. Hopefully they keep making this model router

This was a replacement of an old unstable wireless router. The setup was extremely easy and it took less than 5 minutes to get my network back up and running.
