This router has been outstanding so far. Time will tell how well it upholds. I’ve been able to get about 10mb over my download allowance using my own modem also. You could also install your own firmware if you like.

This is a great router with an easy to use application that allows you to control the WiFi to different devices around the home. Parental control is a must in our household. Good quality.

I bought this router after reading many online reviews and it being rated as one of the best in 2016. Everyone knows that sometime you get a lemon and a product just doesn't work. I had issue with this unit, only on radio work and the option to connect a external drive didn't work either. I ended up returning this item for the Linksys EA9500 (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/linksys-ea9500-max-stream-ac5400-tri-band-wi-fi-router/5171100.p?skuId=5171100). Everything worked with this model and was able to connect all my devices. I'm sure this was a fluke with this unit but know this Linksys has great tech support and a 3 year warranty and if you have a problem take it back to Best Buy they will support you as well.

This was a very easy set-up with option to call for additional tech help to set up and works very well with all my wifi devices. Tech help took there time to make sure you got it right not like some I have dealt with.

I love this router. Life is so much better being able to control each individual device in my home. I block certain devices, the kids text me when they get their chores done, I push a button, BAM! it's back on. Great app and great product.

Linksys is trustworthy brand when it comes to router. They never fail and always deliver. Wi-Fi reception is wonderful. Even performs great in small business environments.

We had a Linksys router in the past. When it came time to replace and upgrade, we give a different brand a chance but after 2 months of using it we returned it and came back to Linksys and have been happy with the service that is provides.

This router is used in an office. It was very good functionally. It took days and multiple visits to get everything re-connected to it. Having to connect Canon printers through an iPad was a real surprise.

Needed this as I have a smart home and my other router was not handling all my stuff kept crashing. No problems now.

Made this purchase to improve/extend connectivity. Our service with this product compared to the one Spectrum rents, is much better. Less lagging and can connect now from anywhere in the home including our basement. Worth it!

Talked to salesperson about my problem with internet short comings. Described problem and listened to his recommended solution. It worked just like he said. Problem SOLVED!!!!

This router provides coverage not only through out my 3400 sq ft home but a I get a strong signal outside as well.

I needed to extend the range of my router to give internet throughout my house, but this didn't quite do what I needed it to. Some of the capabilities were really nice but did not extend rand of internet in my house.

This router was a replacement for an older Linksys router. It is a great replacement for it. I now have 2 bands to run my network on. I can parts of it separated from others and thats a plus.

Has recently bought a new Nethawk router from Best and it made steaming problems worse. Lightning storm fried the router and I replaced with a powerful Linxs router. Totally fixed the problems

When our cable providers modem seemed lacking in coverage and performance, we decided to go on our own. With COMCAST, this is an approved gear, using our Netgear Modem. Service is strong THROUGHOUT the house. ;)

Perfect for gaming. It also has device priority settings and intetnet access time limits and site restrictions that can be set to keep children safe from viewing questionable websites.

This router has enabled me to expand my wifi network. I have multiple devices connected to this router and i have not had any issues since i have purchased this device.

I bought a second unit to improve my wi-fi coverage. I have never had any issues with this router (bought the first one almost 3 yrs ago).
