I bought this router because our old one simply just wasn’t doing it anymore. This router has great signal strength, I have full signal everywhere I go in the house and it’s substantial going outside sitting on the far end of our deck. With all the 25+ plus devices connected at once (6 smartphones, 3 TVs with Netflix, Xbox, PS4, tablets and laptops), traffic does not seem to limit the speed going to each device. The mobile app comes in handy for adjusting router settings whether you’re at home or you’re away from home. It also comes with a feature for limiting internet access to certain devices which is great for a family with young kids. It also has a feature to prioritize up to 3 devices so they get top notch speed available from your isp above the other devices.

Best router I've owned even thou my son poured sweet tea inside of it and broke it. Works very fast and very reliable. Kept my entire 3000 Sq ft house connected.

This was the easiest router I have ever installed. I use it to stream video and game online to several devices at once without issue. The dual-band works well also if that is what you are looking for. I have a two story home with 12 foot ceilings and this has no issue reaching all corners of the house.

Very reliable router, quick speeds on the 5.0Ghz channel. Slow boot up but once it's up, it's up. The linksys interface makes it easy to setup.

I have a dozen grandkids, and being able to stream multiple devices is a must, when they visit. This device is awesome I must say. I live in the country and my speed for download is only 6GB. But this device enables 4-5 people to stream from Netflix, Dish or a Firestick, at once. The only time it might buffer is if a 1080P movie is downloaded simultaneously. But when no other TV's are in use it will download a 4K or 1080P movie without a glitch. I've always owned a Linksy, and all of them have performed great, and lasted for years. Love this one, as it reaches to every nook in my two story house and to my backyard patio, where all the family gathers to stream their favorite music.

I was unhappy with my rental router from my internet provider as the service was incredibly slow. I purchased this router along with a modem and now my internet is extremely fast as well as download speeds. It is well worth buying your own and getting rid of your providers rental product.

I am using Verizon 1000 Mbps service. The Verizon router have a faster speed in the speed, but I will have buffer while I am watching video online. Also, it take over 20 seconds opening an overseas website. This router give me less delay and more stable WiFi speed which is great.

This AP is very easy to setup. Like the WEB based APP. Can see what's going on at home with my router. Its faster then the WRT1900AC I have now and has better coverage.

This router was easy to set up using my iMac. All my devices have connected easily and dependably including my Slackware laptop. Connectivity is faster and better than with my prior router, but it was getting a big long in the tooth.

All of my WI Fi connected computer and intertainment equipment Now Work Flawesly with the new Linksys WRT 3200 ACM WI -FI router which was NOT so with my old Netgear N300 wireless router. All of which operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency band in this comparison. It solve some of my computer and intertainment problems that I didn't know were router related. This is a powerful and fast router I am Very happy with.

The WRT3200 ACM router is extremely fast as well as reliable, I currently have 32 devices connected to this router as well as 4 NAS Servers for streaming movies, and 4 Nest Security camera running in HD, this router has handled everything with no issues what so ever, the WRT3200 ACM is an upgrade from the WRT1900 ACS, I was hestitant to spend the money on the 3200 since the 1900 ACS was still relatively new, but have to admit, the upgrade was worth it. The Router is a Dual Band 2.4 and 5Mhz, the 5Mhz band is smoking Fast!

Purchased this Linksys - Wireless-AC3200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router to replace my 10 year old router. This router services 6 computers and multiple tablets/phones in my office. It was easy to set up, very easy to maintain and change settings and the best part, I was able to remove the wireless extender because the range is amazing.

Got this router as my home has increased in the number of devices connected to the Wi-Fi network. The 2.4 Ghz band works fine, however, when attempting to connect to the 5Ghz band, there are frequent drops and difficulty connecting to the network, giving off incorrect PW errors (even though the PW is correct and connected before) and just refusing to connect even though the router is right next to the device (for multiple devices including Alexa, google home, google mini, ipad, laptop computer, samsung phones). Power cycling fixes the inability to connect issue, however, I should not have to power cycle my router all the time.
Called Linksys to fix and they gave a work around for the incorrect PW on the 5Ghz network (cannot be the same PW as the 2.4 GHz network) as to the frequent drops and inability to connect they attempted to give a work around of locking in the 2.4 band to 1 channel (which should auto switch if its congested) and to disable ipv6. Not sure how those things would help, and they didn't. Shouldn't have this many issues with a router out of the box, or have to spend 2 hours (with wait times on the phone and online), to fix this.
2 stars because it half works.

Hi, JLJL,
Your WRT3200ACM Router need not be rebooted all the time to keep the 5 GHz network stable. Please email us your Ticket Number at [email protected] so we can review the workarounds provided and endorse your case to one of our Escalation Engineers for further isolation. This is by far the best wireless router I've ever had. My devices connect to the Internet faster than they ever have. I have wireless light switches, plugs, Amazon fire tablets, iPads, iPhones, laptops,2 Amazon echos, Fire TV, Apple TV, and more. Movies stream without any issue, and none of my devices have ever lost connectivity. I love the ability to see on my iPhone what devices are connected, set schedules, and control access for my son. It's fast, easy, and the most reliable router I've used.

I just bought another AC3200 router for a project. I have 3 others that are running 24/7 without issues and over 70 connected devices. Has FTP, Media and Open VPN servers built-in, useful for remote access. I would highly recommed this router for larger homes and users looking for more advanced features. Since it is WRT compatible running 3rd party firmware is possible, a great feature itself.

This should have a 10 star rating. I bought this for my shop to upgrade from a AC1900 which worked good. This one is everything and the kitchen sink. There are no dead spots for a block around the shop. Very easy to configure. A little pricey, but I have always used Linksys.
