littleBits are great for kids or adults who are interested in STEM or tinkering around. This particular kit has lots of projects for kids to make and keep them entertained. I paired these with my littleBits cloud kit and made some pretty cool IoT using IFTTT. Like a button that turns the lights on and off remotely. Great buy, great gift. Especially if you can get it on sale like I did.

This was an impulse buy for a Christmas gift while I was in my local store doing some other Christmas shopping. My 11 year old son loves it! It has kept him entertained and he enjoyed it. With multiple options he can continue to use it. Everything was easy enough for him to do on his own. We had tried another room monitor kit from another store and the parts broke right away. I recommend this product.

Good basic starter set. Purchased this set to expand larger sets that we currently own . Components stick well to each other with the magnets. Also own Marvel Hero Inventor Kit and Droid Inventor Kit. Fun for adults too!

Gave this to grandchild and he really does like it. He loves electronics, but I wanted something that he would have to use his imagination with. He loves circuitry and this is a basic kit to start with.

I have this as a gift to my niece and nephew and they are enjoying a lot. Thinking and knowledge on the exponential side.

I want sure what to expect based on the box in store, but I spoke with a BBY employee and watch videos on bestbuy.com which put me over the edge. This is awesome! I bought it for my 5 year old son and 8 year old daughter and they love it. I am happy that they are not only having fun, but learning at the same time. After buying it, I found out from 2 different friends that their schools are using it which adds even more credibility to littlebits' learning power. Cool product.
