    I purchased a Lively® Jitterbug Smart4 Smartphone device about ten )10) days prior to writing this review and I am thrilled because my new device is better in every way and far less expensive than my old device. I can't tell you more because Best Buy has foolishly limited me to a "50 characters".

    We got this for my mother, hoping it would be easy for her to use. She had quite a few problems working with the contacts and other applications. We returned and got something a little easier.
