Not what I expected $25 a month plan

Confusing for my Senior Father

My Dad kept wanting to push it or shake it to see what time it was. Too confusing for him so we do not use it. PLUS I cancelled the Urgent Response part of the service because he kept pushing the urgent button accidentally on the phone itself. It came free with my Jitterbug purchase so can't really return it either.

It is currently, and has been since the day after purchase, sitting on the shelf. Unfortunately, forgot to return it in time for a refund. It is exactly opposite of what you think you are receiving.
