You get it with the phone

you get what you paid for
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The negative part is you have to have your phone so close by for it to work and you have to subscribe to a service to function. In the end, you are better off getting the latest expensive Apple watch which your loved ones can be notified if you fall, plus other health tracker

Good option w/ Jitterbug Smart 2..no added fees
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, so good. Works as advertised. Range to phone may not be great but she always has the phone in her walker beside her anyway...it just in case she falls and cant reach the phone. No monthly fee as we already have the emergency notification plan on my mom’s Jitterbug Smart 2 phone plan (which is great for those wanting a smart phone but doesn’t like the size of the icons or is too technical). Phone was only $25 so even if battery life is short, it is still a good product.

You Have to Buy Additional Service for This
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a free add-on when we bought a Jitterbug phone for my mother in law. There is an additional fee with Lively to activate the program that this wearable needs. There is an app on the phone itself that does the same thing. My mother in law also commented that even if we turned on the service for her that she wouldn't use it because it's ugly and bulky. It is not a watch and has no standalone functionality. Good thing it was free because it's a useless item unless you want to pay for the service.

Q: Questionif i were to buy this can i give it to my mother in law who has dementia so we could see if she falls on my wife's smart phone?
Asked by DON.
- A:Answer Don’t buy it! It must be within 3 feet of the Jitterbug phone, else it will stop pairing. When that happens, it has to be re-paired - completely set up again. It’s horrible! Also, the unit comes out of the bezel way too easily. It falls out. It’s cheaply made. I couldn’t take it back. I just ate the money involved. And had it turned off. I went through my security system provider and purchased their. They’ll call my sister or family if I should fall.

Q: QuestionExactly how does this device work with my cellphone? When I push the button, do I have to get out my cellphone to speak with the agent or do I speak into the device? What happens if my cellphone is turned off?
Asked by Jufy.
- A:Answer Hi Jufy, when you press the button on your Lively Wearable 2, you would need to speak to our 5Star representatives on your cellphone so you would need your phone charged and turned on at all times. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us or call Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632, between 5am and 10pm, Pacific Time.

Asked by BenL79.
- A:Answer Great question! If you have two solid red lights on your Lively Wearable2, this is an indication that the battery is critically low and needs to be replaced.
