A: Don’t buy it! It must be within 3 feet of the Jitterbug phone, else it will stop pairing. When that happens, it has to be re-paired - completely set up again. It’s horrible! Also, the unit comes out of the bezel way too easily. It falls out. It’s cheaply made. I couldn’t take it back. I just ate the money involved. And had it turned off. I went through my security system provider and purchased their. They’ll call my sister or family if I should fall.
